Can we incorperate him later after the plot we've already discussed for my characters? I mean that plot is along time away.

Bio:Grew up in the Rukon district. Wanted to join the academy after a soul reaper saved his life. Started in the tenth
division. Soon after he learned to control his shikai.He then became seat. During the zanjen incidents he gained vizard
powers. He wasn't able to control them and ended up almost killing himself. His powers came out when he was training
to try to learn bankai. Since he could a small portion of his vizard powers he used them to help him achieve bankai.
He is currently trying to master bankai and gain better control over his vizard powers.
Personality:He is often serious but occasionally has a silly humorous side. When he has conversations with his zanboktou
he makes a few jokes. But usually is serious when it gives him advice about his fights.
Other:He keeps his bankai and his vizard powers a secret because he likes to follow others instead of leading them and they
might appoint him captain if they knew. He became the 3rd seat with his skills not including his vizard and bankai abillities.

Shikai Power:Control wind to make his claws extend or make them a different shape at the end. Also can use wind to cut through almost anything. (trees, rocks, enemies, etc)
Bankai Name:Ronboktokenketari
Bankai Appearance:

Bankai Power:Ability to create a wind vortex within a small area to suck in enemies and the nature around it. Manipulate trees and more powerfully use wind to use same abilities as shikai but more powerful. Also, can use vortex to suck the air out of a small circle(which causes no one in it to breath or use fire abilities)
