Bring Sasuke back!

"What do you think I do all day when you're gone?" Sakura retorted calmly.

"Shouldn't you go to the Hokage's office?" Hinata asked.

 

"Yeah..''Naruto said,then shook her off and began heading that way.

"I dont know,tell me..''Sasuke retorted,his voice slowly getting louder.

 

Hinata smiled, watching Naruto go and then went back inside.

"I teach them things they need to know before they go to the academy. I clean when things need cleaning. I play with the girls when they get bored or start to worry about you. I tell them stories of Team 7. I cook for them and you. And I think about you." Sakura said, keeping her voice low.

Michiko looked over at Sakura and Sasuke and tugged Hatsumi's sleeve.

Hatsumi followed Michiko's gaze. They're arguing again.

Rukia stood up. "Come on, girls, let's go do your hair."

Hatsumi and Michiko followed Rukia. I bet they're talking about us... again.

 

"Meanwhile I risk my life out in the world,I risk losing Michiko,Hatsumi..and you..you think I dont do anything important?..im helping keep Konoha safe..''Sasuke whispered back.

Naruto stopped inside the Hokage's office,and a note was left on his desk.Naruto picked it up and it read..

Hello,Mr. Hokage..it's 'Granny',I just wanted you to know that all the old debts I owe will have to be payed off,by you!Im no longer the legendary sucker.

Naruto's eyes twitched violently."D-DAMN YOU GRANNY!!!"he shouted at the top of his lungs

"I know what you do is important." Sakura stood up. "But it's your brother we're talking about. If the past serves true, he'll take her at his first chance. And since she knows only what she's seen in her dream, she'll look for him."

 

"It's not like im going to let him do that Sakura!"Sasuke said,releasing his embrace and moving to the other side of the kitchen,looking in the opposite direction."..I'll destroy him..but he'll either run,or never show himself..''

 

Sakura collected the plates from the table. "Maybe he has a plan, and it's just not ready yet. I don't know how he thinks. But I think you should keep away from him for a while."

Hatsumi crept down the stairs, being careful not to make a sound. She pulled her braid over her shoulder and toyed with the end of it, stopping halfway down the stairs. I've just got to know what they're talking about.

 

"Dont let her go outside unless its for school..''Sasuke told Sakura,not wanting any defiance.

 

"I'm not going to confine her to the house." Sakura said, taking the plates into the kitchen.

Hatsumi folded her arms. They ARE talking about me!

 

"Yes you are,she's not going anywhere else but school,nowhere else..''Sasuke turned around and stood his ground against his fiancee.

 

"Sasuke, I know you're worried, but restraining her won't work." Sakura kept calm. "She's young and needs to go out. And now that you've given her that challenge, she'll want to do that too."

Hatsumi moved slowly and carefully down the stairs.

 

"Then I'll give her another reason not to defy me..Mangekyou..''Sasuke threatened.

 

Sakura put the plates in the sink and turned on Sasuke. "Don't." She said forcefully.

Hatsumi froze. What did he say?

 

"Then try and stop me.If she doesnt comes straight home,then I'll drag her back here and do it..''Sasuke threatened further.

 

Sakura put her hands on her hips. "You think that will solve anything?"

Hatsumi moved as quietly as she could and went outside. What were they talking about? She kept her movements quiet until she felt she was far enough away and then ran to the Hokage's office, hoping to find Naruto. She knocked on the door softly.

 

"It'll teach her not to defy me..it's best for her..''Sasuke argued,but could have swore he heard someone go outside.

Naruto was busy tinkering with his hat until he heard a knock at the door."Come in!"he said

 

Hatsumi opened the door, a pitifully sad look on her face. "Can I stay here for a while...?"

"What's best for her isn't what you think." Sakura said, starting to lose her cool.

 

"..Sure,what's wrong?..''Naruto asked,setting his hat down as she came inside.

"Then what is it then?"Sasuke asked her

 

Hatsumi scampered over and settled herself in the big, comfy Hokage chair. "I think I made Daddy angry again... I had a dream that he's paranoid about and now he and Mommy are arguing. He sounded upset and he was talking about something that I haven't heard before: Mangekyou. So I thought I could stay with you until he's not angry."

Sakura sighed. "Think about it yourself and you might understand."

 

Naruto found this all interesting."..I cant take you without his permission..Hatsumi,did you tell him you came here?"he asked her.

"..This is such a woman thing..Hatsumi,come down here!"Sasuke shouted.
