Bring Sasuke back!

"I guess so." Hinata said, agreeing.

"I am." Hatsumi insisted.

"I can't get tall." Michiko whined.

 

Naruto embraced her from behind."..When's the last time you talked to your dad and brother and sister?"he asked

Sasuke didnt believe Hatsumi."..You'll get taller over time,shorty..''he smiled at Michiko and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

 

"I talk with Neji-san a lot." Hinata said. "I've heard things from him about how Hanabi-neechan is doing and some things about my father. But I have not spoken to either of them for a while."

"I can't wait that long." Michiko complained.

 

"Theres no reason to get taller now..but you'll grow before you know it!"Sasuke assured Michiko.

"..Want to go visit them tomorrow?..do they know?"Naruto asked,rubbing Hinata's stomach.

 

"I'm sure Neji-san has told them." Hinata said.

"I'm gonna be just as tall as you." Michiko grinned.

"Can I go now...?" Hatsumi asked.

"...Your dad doesnt like me.."Naruto sighed."Dont ask me why..when I first came over and looked at me like I wash filth..because of the fox..''

Sasuke released Hatsumi and focused on Michiko."Maybe your mother,but not me..''he teased.

 

"I'm sure it's something else." Hinata said, though she knew Naruto was probably right.

Hatsumi left the kitchen. "You're awake now?" She asked when she saw Satoshi.

Sakura motioned for Hatsumi to come over. "She's had it rough, Hatsumi, be nice."

Hatsumi sat in between Sakura and Satoshi. "What happened?"

"It's a long story. I'm not sure you want to hear it." Satoshi said.

Hatsumi shook her head. "I have time before I have to go to bed."

Satoshi looked at Sakura. After getting a nod of approval, she started to explain what had happened. As she listened to herself talk, she found that it sounded like a fairytale.

Hatsumi listened intently, finding it fascinating.

 

"Ok...can you bake daddy cookies?..''Sasuke asked Michiko,setting her down.

"No..its not 'nothing else' ..''Naruto said silently,knowing what Hinata was trying to do.

 

Hinata took Naruto's hand. "He'll get over it."

Sakura stood up quietly and went to the kitchen. "Ready to put those in the oven?"

Michiko nodded. "Yup!"

Hatsumi's eyes widened as Satoshi got to the part where she and Gaara were ambushed. "What did you do??"

"What we could." Satoshi said. "Unfortunately, it wasn't enough." She continued.

 

OOC: lol like an epic campfire story.

"You dont think he'd be ashamed of his grandkids?"Naruto asked her

Sasuke looked at Sakura's stomach.Each day she was getting bigger..xDD

 

Hinata shook her head. "Maybe at first, but he'd grow to love them."

Sakura helped Michiko put the cookies in the oven.

"..What if he isnt like me?..''Naruto muttered worriedly.No one wanted to be like him anyway.

Sasuke headed outside and ran toward's the forest to seek Itachi out.

"Who else would he be like?" Hinata asked. "He couldn't be like me."

Hinata sighed. "I'd rather he be like you."

Hatsumi leaned back against the couch as she listened to Satoshi. She's so strong...

"..Why?..''Naruto asked her.

 

"He'd be happier if he was more outgoing." Hinata said.

"But your not who you used to be,if either of them was like you they'd be great..''Naruto assured her.

 

Hinata smiled. "Like you said, we'll just have to wait and see."

Hatsumi was staring open mouthed at Satoshi by the time she finished. "Woah..."

Satoshi rubbed the back of her head. "It's thanks to your mother that I'm even alive right now."

"Yeah but you... You were amazing!" Hatsumi said.

Satoshi laughed. "Amazing? I think that's a bit much."
