Cin and L_F were on the Lodon Bridge.

While Cin ran into a dead end.

L_F shouted out loud

"I SHOULD'VE DONE THIS BEFORE!"

"NO!" said Cin

Laurence_Fox shoots him.

Cin was shot and fell down the Lodon Bridge.

While L_F was looking for the body of Cin to make sure he's really dead.

Someone just hit her with barrel in the head.

Leaving L_F wondering why she was falling of the bridge.

No one knows who it was.
