When is this going to be happening?​

 

Can somone link to a site that uses V4? I think i may already be on a site that uses it, but I'm not sure.

 

Will profile customizations, signatures, or post count change?​

Since threads will most likely stay, post count will remain the same.
I don't know about customizations though, but I would suggest saving whatever you're using, just in case.

 

I don't think Profile Customizations will stay, the vB4 forums I've been on haven't had it but it's possible that the feature just wasn't enabled. Threads and posts will be preserved, unless something goes terribly wrong. But we're going to hope that doesn't happen, lol.

No, the function was removed for 4.xx versions...

The feature will seem to be back for 4.1 release.

Check the comments some of the bugs DS, V e n and me mentioned are there...

 

So will it look like the new KHinsider skin? Please make it stylish, i'm a bit excited about it XD

 

The new bar will be something to get use too, but meh. It is better than the 3.73 version.

they are staff, quite honestly they dont have to ask you for your opinion on changes like this. seriously. this isnt a democracy. get over it. we've been trying to upgrade for forever and the fact we are upgrading is kind of shocking in a very nice way. so seriously. get over it and move on with your life. if you have so many friends on facebook or MSN anyway and you dont like it, then leave. not that difficult.

p.s. its not july anymore. its august. so technically this change is being made in august.

What about albums? Will picture albums stay?​

 

Like I said earlier we don't know for sure what will stay or not, profile wise. If there is something you desperately need from anything on your profile, then save it to your computer just in case.

 

I'm fine with the change, I just hope this site is dark colored (Looks better for sigs and avatars, and more soothing to the eyes) and the format isn't too complicated.

Up to you really, since we're not entirely sure what will and won't be here (customization wise), you may want to save anything you think is important. It might turn out that everything's still there, but it doesn't hurt to have a backup just in case.
