:/ well then the best thing you can do is keep your mind off it, it will just make you depressed to keep thinking of it. It's best if you have somebody who understands(sometimes a parent or adult but not always, siblings or friends are normaly the best ones to talk to) talk to them about it for a while then change the subject, play a game, watch a movie, go outside, really just anything to keep away from whatever is troubleing you.
