He smiled at her.

 

Jizen smiled back as she walked around and sat delicatly next to him.

 

Zach sighed. "You two lovebirds want something to drink...?"

 

"I'm alright, thanks for the offer though Zach."

 

"Same here." Dein muttered in agreement.

Zach sighed as he went about making himself a cup of coffee...

 

Jizen's gaze drifted from Zach around the room she smiled at Dein again as her sky blue eyes settled upon him.

 

"Uh, hi again..." Dein smiled at her.

Zach worldessly walked over with his coffee...

 

Jizen laughed softly "Hi."

 

Zach smiled at the two sitting across from the both of them.

Dein laughed a bit.

 

"So... What's your two families like?" Jiz asked, having learnt how to make innane small talk at three.

 

"Dad's insane Mom died before i knew her..." Zach explain quickly.
"Dad's a control freak and i think my mum also died..."

 

"Wow... I just have a father that likes to hit me and a mother whose had no part in my life except trained me to get married..."

 

"You have it worse than both of us..." Dein muttered.

 

"Nah, appart from those two things life's been pretty easy. Dull, but easy."

 

Dein shrugged.

"Our lives haven't been so bad either... at least not mine..."

 

"And it's not as though father beats me. He just loses his temper a lot..."

 

Dein silently looked at her bruise but let it slip.

"we can see that..."

 

"Shinya's made him promise not to do it anymore though... Which I doubt could work..." She sighed.

 

Dein stiffined lightly at the mention of Shinya's name...

"Interesting..."

 

"Sorry Dein... Just thought it needed mentioning..."
