D.N.Angel: The return of Dark and Krad.

Kairi woke up and she noticed her dad still wasn't home. Kairi was about to yell for kira when she noticed she couldn't talk...what wrong ith my throat? she had a deep pain in her throat. Kira entered her room and said "kairi dad...dad..." Kira couldn't finish what he was saying it gave him to much pain....kairi was engulfed in fear.

 

Sota looked out his window, watching the rain as it fell.

"Wha?"

The same kid that Sota saw from the drugstore was in a house a couple of buildings away. Why was he staggering?

Sota stood up as he saw him fall. Something was up. He took a jacket from a chair, and ran out the door, heading towards that house.

 

As kira fell kairi stood up out of her bed and looked worried..."Kairi what I'm tring to say is...dad was hit by a car and was killed...Tamaki is fine...she was the one that took me to him...I called the police but they couldn't help...." said kira...he loooked up at kairi and saw that she was begining to cry....

 

Sota ran to the building, through the rain, and started pounding on the door.

"HELLO! IS EVERYTHING ALL RIGHT? HELLO!?"

 

kira stood up once he heard the pounding..."Kairi you should get back in bed." said kira. kairi laid in bed adn ended up falling asleep agian..."wow she only fell asleep in five minutes..." said kira running down stairs and opening the door. "Hello?" answered kira.

 

Sota rubbed his eyes from the rain. He still couldn't get over this kid's resemblance to Kairi.

"Is everything all right? I saw you collapse while in my apartment."

 

"everything is fine..." said kira. then Atobe and Tamaki ran up to Sota.

 

"Whoa." Sota was surprised that the two dogs ran up to him. He bent to pet them.

"I'm sorry, but I've got to ask: Are you related to Kairi Dismuke? The resemblance between you two is uncanny!"

 

at that question Kira turned around and faced the stairs...
on the top of the stairs Kairi looked down at the two boys talking.
"Yeah...she my sister." said Kira

 

"Wow...that's cool. I ran into her earlier today...literally, unfortunately. How is she doing?"

 

"why don't you ask her yourself?" said Kira poniting at kairi who now was standing in clear veiw.

 

Sota raised an eyebrow, "Huh?" he tilted his head past Kira, and saw her, "Oh, hey! How are you- WHOA!" Sota slipped from the water he was dripping, and fell flat on his face onto the floor. He raised his head up, and blew a little of his hair out of his face, "...well, that was fun." He got back up.

"Okay, let's try that again: How are you doing?"

 

kair opened her mouth and shut it agian...she rembered she lost her voice.

 

Sota blinked. He looked at Kira, "Aside from her losing voice, what's wrong with her, exactly?"

 

"she is sick with the flu." said kira...

 

Sota frowned, "Sorry to hear that. Do you two need any help with...anything?"

 

"uh...I could use some help takeing care of the house...." said kira.

 

Sota grinned a little, "I think I can do that. Anything in particular? The only thing I can't do is windows."

 

"we need help with anything...ad plus you wouldn't have to do windows...Since kairi usually does them..." said Kira," an dI could always pay you minaum wage...we seriously need help since kairi's sick and our dad...died."

 

Sota's eyes widened at the last part, "...I'm sorry. I had no idea."

Sota shifted slightly, "About the 'pay' thing; I'm already working at...a couple of other jobs, so I'd rather you not pay me." There was an awkward pause.

"If you don't mind my asking, how did he...?"
