Danny Phantom <3

"Uh... when did you move in?" Danny asked, trying to change the subject.

 

"I moved in.... down the street in the blue house.... About," Johny looked at his wrist to pass as looking at a watch, "half hour ago? We're really new to the neighborhood."

 

"Well that does explain why you'd come in here," Danny muttered and then laughed. "So I guess you haven't heard about my parents then?"

 

"Sam told me about them. Crazy about ghost, huh? My parents believe in them, too. But probally not as crazy as yours."

 

"I doubt that anyone could be as crazy as parents," Danny said.

 

"For sme reason....I believe."

 

Danny rubbed the back of his head. "This is Amity Park; you'll see you're fair share of ghosts here."

 

"Oh, I can't wait."

 

"They're not like ghosts in stories," Danny cautioned. "They're.... dumber. Most of them get beaten down by Amity Park's hero, Danny Phantom."

 

"Then they must really be dumb."

 

"Hm," Danny shrugged. "They're just not good enough to beat Danny Phantom."

 

"Mabye Danny got some lucky, and mabye one day a ghost CN defeat teh hero."

 

Danny laughed. "I'll be waiting for that day."

"Hey," Daine came back into the room. "Feeling any better, Danny?"

"Not sure," Danny answered. "I'l be fine soon though."

 

"Mabye you don't have to wait." Just tehn 'Johny' turend in to his really form.

 

Danny grit his teeth. So that's why his ghost sense had gone off. He jumped off the bed and stood in front of Daine, trying to think of a way to fight off Shadow without going-ghost.
"Daine, get down to the basement. My parents are there." Danny told her.

"We don't need them," Daine protested.

 

"Johny!" creid the ghost.

"It's about time. Hey there! Feeling' better?"

 

Sam came in. "W- what's going on here?"

 

Danny was befuddled by Daine's words, but quickly recovered, "Sam, get Daine out of here!"

 

Johny grabbed Daine before they could make a move. "Why would you do that? She can protect herself, right?"

 

"Danny!" Daine called with false helplessness. "Help me, Danny!"

Danny clenched his fists and then got an idea. "I'll... get my parents." He said before running out of the room.
