Danny Phantom <3

Rhixan frowned. "I don't care. After all, no one will miss me."

 

"Heh... Alright then, I'll find out who this 'Phantom' is myself then. Take care, Little One." Eden chuckled and headed to where she heard Rhixan.

 

"Someone will," Danny tried to assure Rhixan. "You must have had at least one friend."

 

"A friend?" Eden overheard the last part. "Oh, hey Rhixan! Are you trying to um.... Hm... Oh yeah! Let you be captured and all that junk? C'mon, live a little!... But wait, we're dead.... Ah well, just smile and say something positive!"

 

"Who are you?" Danny repeated the question he'd asked only a few minutes earlier, his feet rising off the floor in case this new ghost was an enemy.

 

"Hello there, are you the 'Phantom' the Little One spoke of? She told me to 'back off, Phantom's my target' and all that jazz. Does that mean anything?" Eden asked curiously, she wasn't too sure what was going on.

 

Danny's expression turned from defensive to confused. "'Little One?' I don't know what you're talking about."

 

" She's over there." Eden pointed to Daine. "I call a lot of people Little ones, sorry." She chuckled. "Were you going to attack me?"

 

Danny looked to the basement door. He thought of Daine, what Vlad had said, what this new ghost had said, and what he already suspected. So that was it then: Daine had to be one of Vlad's experiments. There was no other explination to what had been happening.
He was jarred from his thoughts at the ghost's question. "That depends on who you work for."

 

"I am friends with humans." Eden smiled, innocent as ever. "I don't like to hurt people, it hurts me too if I do."

 

"It hurts you?" Danny repeated. "What do you mean?" The two new ghosts that poppedup were weird, that was for sure. But why did they bother to come here? One had said that she wanted to be captured, but this second one didn't appear to want that.

 

"My heart, though not beating, can get hurt just as easily if I hurt someone else. So I try not to. I wanted to look around this new town and make friends with the humans!" Eden chuckled, smiling.

 

"Around here," Danny began with a sad sigh. "People aren't really friendly towards ghosts. I protect this town, but there are still people who would love to see me captured."

 

"Really?" Eden furrowed her brow as she had an idea. "Is there a place where everyone could meet up?"

 

"The Op Centre," Danny answered after a brief moment of thought. "Everyone can get to it easily, and it's out of the way."

 

"Tomorrow we could prepare the Op Centre then! I have an idea on what we could do for the people of this town." Eden smiled, chuckling.

 

Danny looked at the ghost suspiciously. "What's your idea? Amity Park has enough ghost troubles; I don't want to add to it."

 

"You don't trust me, do you?" Eden read Danny's eyes, which told her that he felt off.

 

"I don't even know your name," Danny pointed out.

 

"I have two... though one DOES call me a third..." Eden thought about which name she was going to go by.
