There hasn't been a round when Kira wasn't active. Except Neo-Round 3.

 

Can Kira put kills in advance? I mean, could Pyro put kills in place for the next 100 odd days, and then go on holiday?

 

Such as strategy would be counter productive, as Kira wouldn't be able to kill detectives at that point...

Cam was taken into a shady wearhouse used for genetic experimentation. He is given a combat knife, and a 9mm pistol as hordes of zombielike genetic experments gone horribly wrong are released upon him in 4 waves.

After surviving the 4 waves, he is interogated. And admits that he secretly wishes to be Little Wayne.

Afterwards, he is released without suspition.

 

It seems I was wrong. For a change.
