I accuse Revelry

Several reasons,

1) I'm going to die early so I might as well make an accusation first

2) There was confusion around his death in the last round so making him Kira this round might be a way to make up for that

3) He is acting suspicious

When I die make me proud guys <3

Question whilst I'm still alive, if A accuses B and then B gives the book to C after the accusation has been made, what happens then? Or does B have to give the book to C BEFORE the accusation is made?

 

B wouldn't be stupid enough to take it.

However A could give the book to B and get B to accuse them to make them appear innocent.

 

B must give the book to C before the accusation has been made. Once accused, if holding the note, B can take no further actions as a Kira.

Accusations:

Revelry came to work one day with a small notebook in his bag. There was an announcement to all workers that the elusive Death Note was sighted in the world. Bored, Revelry got out his book and absent-mindedly started doodling in in. It just so happened that CtR was sitting next to him. Curious, she took a peek at what he was drawing in. On the cover were big letters saying "Death Note". Almost as if she were in school, she raised her hand and said "Excuse me, but the Death Note is sitting next to me. What shall I do?"
The person managing the investigation laughed, then realised she was serious. Then because he realised she was serious, he laughed again.

Realising what was happening, Revelry suddenly stood up, arms spread wide. "Shinigami! Strike down all those here! In return, I offer you my life!"

A trench coated figure materialised in front of him, and there were sudden screams as he brought out a black book. But then he shrugged, and put it away. "You're not worth killing." he said to the caught Kira, and disappeared.

A yellow rodent with large black wings appeared in his place, and spoke mockingly. "Aww, don't feel bad Tik, everyone loses sometimes. You just drew a bad hand."

Then, addressing the Detectives, "I'd congratulate you, but the guy practically gift-wrapped himself for you. Even so, I should probably let you know that there's another note floating around. Have fun!"

The second Shinigami vanished, leaving the detectives somewhat stunned, but they regained their senses when they noticed Revelry stealthily tiptoeing towards the exit, and quickly arrested him.

They confiscated his Death Note and put him on trial. Unfortunately, all he'd inscribed in the book was the image of a lion he was drawing when CtR caught him, so he was charged with posession of an offensive weapon and given fifty hours of community service.

i accuse Keyblade Spirit.

i'll most likely end up dieing for this, especially because he was kira a couple rounds ago, but it's worth a shot.

Also I have a question.

If A writes B's name in the Death Note, and the Kill hasn't been posted by a Shinigami before B then accuses A, will B die before the accusation is fulfilled?

 

Keyblade Spirit was taken to an abandoned warehouse, where he was forced to sit down and watch every foolish thing he's ever done. This method is a failure, as KS only managed to almost kill himself by laughing too much. Meanwhile, a group of detectives investigated his house, only to find a scrap book filled with Grade Z jokes. He is released and confirmed as INNOCENT, for some reason.

 

What of the question asked? It's a difficult one. Usually the Shinigami tries to post the kill before the accuser accuses.

I think it should be played out that the accusation does not go through if they are killed prior. However they cannot be retroactively killed. e.g. Person accuses at 5AM. Kira comes on at 6AM, sees the accusation so kills the accuser at 4:59AM. This doesn't work, because the Kira cannot act once s/he is accused.

For some reason, this seriously scared me.

 

knowing i'll most likely die soon because of my false accusation, i have nothing to lose.

i accuse fearless because of what she said about "ill be watching you".

 

see, i can pretty much tell it's not you, but i'm going to accuse anyone even mildly suspicious before i die.
