Free accusation used already. Provide evidence.

 

I should like to make use of my free accusation to accuse the fellow we know as Feenie of being one or more of this rounds Kira's.

I would like to query as to the name used, and the time of the kill (writing down)... Down to the seconds. Recall the time limit from writing a name down to the death, if a time is not specified. Furthermore, was a time of death specified? If so, was it after my accusation? Really...

Secondly, a Kira is not able to make the glass disappear. I call a false death, if that is possible.

No, wait. The Kira could have just written that I would get eaten by a snake and then the glass disappearing just being how that happened, with another factor involved, as you suggested... Sorry.

No name. It was a free kill. It was before you accused. The ToD was given in GMT 0. No ToD may be stated by Kira; it is as soon as the PM is sent. The PM was not sent after the accusation was made.

Oh ho... You did mention Shinigami Eyes. That is annoying. All is well, then...

 

RISK and Mako, after a great deal of conspiring, agreed to play an elaborate prank on Bluekingboy and Feenie. Both were kidnapped in their sleep, and taken to an underground fighting ring, where they were ordered to fight each other with a broom, a mop and sliding chairs in a strange setup of jousting. The rounds went on and on, and the crowd's bettings became higher and higher, but neither was prepared to surrender. Boring of the game, RISK killed the entire circuit with the Death Note he'd nabbed out of Feenie's room when he had kidnapped him. Thoroughly miffed, Mako attempted to kill RISK with the Death Note he'd confiscated from BKB, only to find it didn't work. RISK was equally confused at the failure of the note. After some investigation, they discovered that Mako's younger sister had borrowed a page from her Onii-chan's new workbook to record a list of all the people she'd had sexual encounters with, and the dates she planned to meet with them again. Naturally, Mako was furious that RISK was on such a list, and would have killed him then and there, if not for their sudden and simultaneous deaths from heart attacks.

But bluekingboy entered AFTER the round started,I thought you had to join before the round start to be kira.

 

Nope. He was in before the round started.

Also, the note can be passed on. So even if someone isn't a candidate for being Kira Prime, they can still receive the note later.
