Heart attack? Is this just the kira being lazy again and not putting in cause of death? How much of that was you making it into a story?

 

Well I don't think this sort of thing in unusual, but at least there is a story to it.

Tummer's room is raided, and a Death Note is found. A warrant for his arrest is put out, with the tag line "Dead or alive at any cost" and the fine print "Preferably dead". They even went so far as to place a bounty. Tummer himself was out skydiving when his partner heard the news. Eager to claim the reward, he waited until Tummer had jumped out, then leapt after him and tackled him in mid-air, preventing his parachute from opening. Being of lacklustre intelligence (as one may expect from someone who throws himself out of air-crafts for fun), the partner did not plan on what would happen when they reached the ground. Tummer was left a paraplegic, while the partner was killed on impact. The bounty of $2.50 and a paperclip was distributed to his relatives. Tummer was declared GUILTY and shoved in jail.
