Horrified by the discovery of a person with such destructive powers, the investigative team working towards the capture of Kira decide to use any leads possible to obtain him/her. Bate, Ienzo, and Makaze receive an anonymous tip, telling them that a strange briefcase had been abandoned in a nearby subway station. Eager to investigate the matter, they rush over with great haste. Upon their arrival, while running down the stairwell towards the trains, Makaze is nearly knocked down by a cloaked being. He didn't think much of it, so they continue and began to approach the black briefcase cascaded over a bench near the tracks. Ienzo, being the bravest of the three, decides to lift the briefcase by the handle. As she begins to turn and shrug at the other two with a triumphant smirk on her face, the handle clicks as if activating something. Ienzo, shocked by the sudden twitch of the briefcase, drops it to the hard concrete immediately, without a second thought in the matter. Within seconds the briefcase bursts open, excreting a green mist which quickly fills the underground station. Panicking, the trio attempts to urge everyone to exit the station immediately in a calm manner. Ienzo, feeling slightly dizzy, begins to trip backwards towards the tracks with some haste. Makaze glances towards her and rushes to her aid. As he approaches her though, a nearby pedestrian bumps into Makaze, thus knocking him down onto the tracks in her place. With his legs broken, there is little he can do to escape the oncoming subway train. In Ienzo and Bate's act of courage to evacuate the subway station successfully, they begin to choke on the noxious fumes and collapse along with several other unlucky victims. They die simultaneously at Saturday, 23 April 2011 at 14:02.

As Ienzo died prior to the accusation, the accusation is not processed.

Also, it just so happened that the train-carts were transporting a truckload of penguins to the nearest wildlife reserve. Terra254, fulfilling his part-time job as a penguin caretaker, was travelling with the avian fiends. As the rest of the people evacuated the station, he and his penguins were left on the tracks, in the cart, gas slowly seeping in. Interestingly, the gas seemed to have a different effect on the penguins to humans. While it caused humans to weaken and fall unconscious, it seemed to do the opposite to penguins, instead enraging them. The penguins in question, tormented by the gas, ripped Terra254 to pieces with their cruel beaks, leaving no chance for survival. There wasn't even a body to be found – only fat, angry penguins roaming the station. ToD: Monday, 25 April 2011 at 02:03
