you do know that just because someone is proven innocent doesn't mean that they can't become Kira later in the round... or they used the mikami rule.

Yeah. You should really call the one's who've been investigated "Previously Investigated". It's a more logical name >>

Accusations:

At HQ, Midnight Star has just pointed dramatically at a small yellow thing reclining on a swivel chair. "You must be the culprit, because you're the only one on the hint that hasn't been accused!"
The yellow thing raised what could only be defined as an eyebrow. "What are you talking about? The hint I gave had absolutely nothing to do with your culprit. I simply gave a list of five beings, and stated that one or more of them had a Death Note or a fragment of the Death Note. So you're right, I do have a Death Note." He stood up, and from somewhere, he pulled a black book. "This one's mine. However I'll give you assurance that I wasn't the only holder mentioned in that list."

Gobolo took a trip home to see his family in NZ, and in that time, his arrest warrant was issued. However no matter how hard the police searched for him, he wasn't found, because everyone forgets New Zealand is on the map. By the time he returned, his house had already been searched, and his arrest warrant had been cancelled with a note "Unable to interrogate because subject in Outer Space."

Keyblade Spirit was discovered dead in the toilet stall of HQ. Beside his corpse, among the countless graffiti works on the stall, was a fresh one.

On the other wall, in the same font, was a single word, enlarged to fill the entire wall. "COPYCAT".

Well, I certainly don't have one. The only people now who aren't innocent or dead are Graxe and Tikem. So I accuse Tikem ... the next time I'm allowed to.

I worked out that the only people innocent were you, Tikem and Graxe. Graxe wasn't here at the start of the game and Tikem was already a shinigami last time so I accused you.

Looks like KS was a second Kira ...

the people who have been declared innocent in the past can have a deathnote afterwards...
thats the tricky part. Maybe Kira has not been accused yet, or has planted their deathnote with somebody who has not been accused yet. Or maybe Kira thinks that we think that the deathnote lies with someone who has not been accused either has their deathnote planted with someone who has been accused or has been accused in the past. Or maybe Kira thinks that Kira thinks that we think tha-*shot*

I'm getting confused.

 

I have it! Tikem is the culprit. Here are my reasons:

1. Tikem mentioned that the quotations during the victim's last moments were from the King James Bible. How yould he know what bible Kira was using?
2. He mentioned that he was once a God of death, Kira is using quotations by God, therefor, Kira is killing to try and re-become a god.
3. The kira's MO (Pattern in killing) Hasn't changed which means that it is the same Kira from the beginning of the game. Since Tikem is the ONLY one of us not found guilty or dead yet, he must be Kira.

Therefor, I accuse Tikem.

 

however there a re few counter arguments.

1. Google.
2. Framed.
3. Copycat killer.

I still suspect Mr brightside so he must have a mikami...

and I agree about Tikem, being kira, but I'm sure there is a second kira

 

1. King james bibles are not very hard to find on google.
2. He used the bible quotes BEFORE he told us he was a shinigami. (I know half of us knew but stil...)
3. Kira already killed a copycat killer.
