Well, if we let Kira get the free kill, they'll probably kill someone useful like you. However, if someone accuses, we only lose them but we might risk losing someone else.

But who they kill with a free kill will give us a clue, if they have to kill the one guy who accuses we get nothing out of it.

For some reason, I don't think Kira knows that they are Kira...yet.
I suppose we'll know once one of us dies, but if Kira doesn't kill we get a hint...right? *goes back to re-read rules*
Either way, there may be some hints from who they kill but then there'll also be the hint if they do not. Also, I think P gave us a hint with this:

This could possibly mean that Kira and P may know each other personally.

 

Either that or it was just a figure of speech. Could be though.

 

Maybe it means something about a song, or a person's name.

I interpreted the phone comment as Kira picking up the phone to pass on the death note. Idk.

 

If someone was listening to a song, like "pick up the phone~by dragonette' or Telephone ~ lady gaga, and he/she posted it on 'What song are you lisening to right now', then it might be the Kira.

Wait, I have an idea. What if P meant the phone thing as a referance to Lady Gaga.Then, the person who is Kira might have something to do with Lady Gaga in their Sig or Avatar.

If you accuse now you know that they won't get the eyes...

 

We want them to get the eyes so they can give us a hint. It's less of a risk than letting someone accuse so they can be killed and leave us with nothing if they are wrong. Though, I can do nothing to stop anyone who accuses if they do.
