My accuracy with genders is inversely proportional to how tired I am. I typed it up at 1AM. Any later, and Mr. Brightside would have become Mrs. Brightside and Axel-chan would have become Axel-kun.

As for the accusation:

Fearless was NOT taken down to the station, she was NOT interrogated, she was NOT gluegunned to the ceiling and she did NOT confess. Instead, she roundhouse kicked Axel-chan in the face.

Ahem. From this post on, I shall be having fun with a font I got a long time ago. I'd suggest you download.

Axel-chanviii's cold body was found in front of Fearless' [undefined]. Fearless, ever herself, had installed cameras even into her [undefined]. The recording showed axel-chanviii being scared of an empty car, apparently soiling herself and saying "I'm sorry." to thin air. The cameras also recorded her time of death: 17:30 GMT0, May 28th.

Major typo, what I actually meant to say was "If I was Kira"
though I guess that could be figured out easily enough...
I definitly never was kira

 

Hint: The person who was given the Death Note at the beginning had numbers in the person's name. The Note may have switched hands.

Also, PRECISELY! Or a few seconds late, whatever.

My guess is Clawtooth

 

bad idea since he's already been interrogated and found innocent, even if he was kira, it's unlikely he still has the Death Note

As Tikem said, the death note could've been switched at the beginning of the game...

 

Yeah, I was reluctant to acuse but if Clawtooth still does have it, better to acuse now before he passes it on
