Death Note: The Past Future

OOC- Well, just come in. I've taken Matt from TDGW because like hell I'm loosing a main character with so much potential just because he's too lazy to RP with him. Sorry TDGW if you read this but you know my rules. Anyway, Mello and Matt are in their rooms, Saint is somewhere, L and Juliet are just talking and Near and Angel are somewhere around.... And god knows where Dein is... Just come into one of those places.

ooc: I'll start tommorow. Today is one of the most important days of my life. I is going to a game. But not just any game, a base ball, New York Yankees game against the Tigers.

Allow me to explain how this is so important. You see, I get baseball tickets from my brother, who is a police officer (cops like him get these kinds of things for good prices ^_^ ), and so I am going to be leaving really soon to go to the game (I gots to go to a cop party though. Of course, that is my favorite part since all the girls there by now are familiar with me, and (guys know what I is talkens about) I godda say, if you knew what these girls looked like, then you would want to kill me right on the spot. Maybe I'll post a pic of me with them once I get somethen to connect my cell to my comp), but anyways. So today, I got in trouble becuz yesterday I didn't do any work in spanish while my teacher was gone, so when I came back, he was given detentions to people who didn't work, and then he says "Pavarini, you've got detention. See me after class", and then I say "I can't, I'm goins to the yankee game", and so he gets pissed off at first because he thinks I am joken, but then I finally convinced him. He is still pissed though, and then it some how lead where he said that if yankees lose then he is given me double detention, though he was jk (cmon. he jokes when he is pissed, and after getting blown off because of a yankee game, that has got to have pissed him off), but then we came to a conclusion. We gots a bet. If yankee's win, then I have no detention, but if they lose, then I have double detention.

Good news. They are playen the tigers, which is the worst team in baseball history.

Bad news. Yankees don't have one of their best players, arod (though no one likes him, he is still one of their best players).

SO tonite determines whether I will be rping for the next 2 days or not, rofl (since I have to do 3 hours of studying as soon as I get home).

So wish the yankees luck ^_^ (PLZ. I DONT WANTS DOUBLE DETENTION!!!!)

Alright I'm gonna go to the next day, what with a change of Matt's and Mello still being trapped, Juliet and L's talk getting a little thread dominating and a couple of characters needing to make an appearance. So, Decemeber 2nd everybody.

Juliet was lying quietly on the couch in one of the lounge rooms of the house. Still dressed in her pink, tartan pattern pajama bottoms and a slightly too small black vest top. No slippers on but she was wearing a thick pair of fluffy slipper-socks. And under her breath she was quietly singing;
"They've got cars big as bars

Broadway was waiting for me..."

Mello yawned sleepily as he wandered down from his bedroom, not expecting anyone else to be up at such a god-forsaken hour he hadn't bothered with getting dressed either. Though, due to the freezing cold weather he had at least pulled on a shirt. Walking down the main staircase with the slight slap of bare feet in vanished wood.

 

Dein silently crept out, hoping he didn't wake Saint as he closed the door.

And I foresee the dark ahead if I stay." She sang softly as she got to her feet, sliding across the wooden flooring, then she took a leap up onto the arm of the sofa she had just been lying on. With a large broadway style singing gesture she belted out, maybe slightly louder then she'd ment too, a little more of the song. Her beautiful voice sounding almost as though it were about to crack into tears. "I hope you know, I hope you know
That this has nothing to do with you
It's personal, Myself and I."

"...That this has nothing to do with you
It's personal, Myself and I." Were the only words of Juliet's song Mello heard, and they were only just on the cusp of his hearing. Though it none the less grabbed his attention. He'd heard her sing before, many, many times so he did nothing more then shrug it off and leave her be. What she did was up to her... Not to mention she was far better then he could ever be.

 

Dein stopped as he heard someone elses, turning around as he saw the back of Mello's head.

 

"Sneaky Dein, real sneaky." Mello smirked, not turning his head or anything. He'd sensed someone behind him. Weighing up the size of said person and the general feeling of their presence he'd made little more then an educated guess at who it was exactly.

 

Dein bit his lip, and continued to walk, hoping that Mello'd simply ignore him like usual.

 

"Fine, be anti-social." Mello sighed, he hadn't been expecting much else from him. No one really said 'Hi Mello, how are you?' anymore, Juliet and that was about it...

 

Dein bit his lip. For some reason there seemd to be more meaning in Mello's voiec as per usual. Ju-just take a chance... He told himself, opening his mouth slightly. "He-Hey Mello..." He stuttered shyly. "How, how have you been la-lately?"

 

"So it does speak." He smirked,"I'm a'right." Mello lied, truth was L's appearance always made him act funny. Made him feel funny, as though he had to impress him. Had to get his attention, had to be noticed. "You?"

 

Dein bit his lip again. Should i continue? will he hurt me if i do? "I-i guess... i-i'm... okay..." Dein replied, preparing for the worst.

 

"You know I'm not going to kill you right?" Mello asked, wrinkling his nose slightly in appreahension of the answer. He had a pretty strong feeling the anwser was 'You mean, you won't?' I never should of tried to beat Near up that... those times. Those many, many, many times...

 

"Re-really?" Dein stuttered, turning back around and looking at Mello hopefully

 

"Please, I don't beat people up. I get someone else too do it, unless it's Near..." He reminded, looking as though there was a bad taste in his mouth from just so much as saying Near's name.

 

"O-ok..." Dein sighed in a barely audible whisper. "So... wha... umm... what are you doing up so early?"

 

"Matt pulled another all-nighter on his bl**dy computer." Mello explained"That and I heard something down here. Thought I'd come see what it was, just Juliet singing again."

 

"Th-that's Juliet?" Dein asked still a little scared.

 

"Yeah, she never shuts up these days. One stupid love lorn song after another. Drives me nuts."
