The year is 2008 and basicly a Death Note falls into the world. The TV show exists and so do we (Unless you dont want to make yourself in the rp). So now Kira is born what shall happen?

Two Months Ago....

She sat on a swing in the park and took a deep sigh. Why....? She asked herself when she heard a soft thud She looked up but saw nothing. "Huh?" She got up and looked around when she saw a black notebook "Death Note....Just like the TV show..." She put it in her backpack and walked home

One Week Ago...

After being yelled at she ran into her room and slamed the door before sitting on her bed with tears in her eyes. "Such a..." She remembered the Death Note that was hidden under her bd and got it "It's poraly fake....but.." she opened it and got a pen and wrote the name of the friend of herfamily that was staying with them and also was the one who just cussed her out. She smiled to herself and waited. She heard her mother scream....

The Present...

She sat at her desk listening to the techer talked while looking at the black little notebook that changed her life...

 

"Kasha," A voice called in a backyard. A girl looked up, she holding an arrow with the bow pulled back, she loosened the bow so it wouldn't fire.
"Yeah...?" She called just loud enough for her mother to hear.

"We need to head to the airport now, before, they leave without us. I arranged for you to be able to take you're bow and arrow."

" 'Kay." The girl said and headed inside.
Two or So Months Later.

"Why are you always hanging out here?" A man said walking into a rounded dome, it was a light but dark shade of blue. Just enough of blue to make you scared to death, the same girl looked up, behind her you could see she was sitting down with a drawing book and had her back against plexi-glass, only for you to see sharks swimming behind her. Mostly, black tip reef sharks.

"I enjoy being here on my spare time, it makes me happy." The girl said, bluntly.

"I thought you came here to work after school?" The man asked, but also stated.
"We had a half-a-day." The girl said, "I heard most of the kids in Florida probably have a half-a-day also, but what am I to know?" She stated, and smiled just enough to make some think you're happy. She looked back down at her sketch book and continued drawing, she was using charcoal.

 

The bell rang and she gathered up her things and went outside to walk home

 

"Just don't kill any one with you're sketch book if someone walks in, Bambi." The man said, with his arms crossed, he then turned on his heel and walked out of the room, quietly. The water's shadow echoed again the walls as you saw a shark shimmer by the girl, she looked back, it was a tiger shark, she closed her eyes and smiled at it she turn around holding her knees as she watched the creature.
It stayed looking at her and then swam away, she smiled again, and went back to her sketching. 'Such misunderstood creatures.' she throught while drawing.

Two months ago...
"Ahh, yes. Miss Phoebe Tamaki is it not?" The headmaster asked, slowly looking up from his paperwork, absent-mindedly shuffling the sheets as he placed them atop the stack of forms his In-Tray held.
"Yes sir."
"Welcome my dear, now please take a seat if you will."
"Yes sir." Phoenix repeated, slowly taking her place upon the chair in front of the desk. Brushing her skirt underneath her and smoothing it back down. "If I may so bold as to ask sir, but... Why did you call me in here? I haven't done anything wrong have I?"
"Goodness gracious no child. In fact I've brought you in here to congratulate you."
"Congratulate me? Why sir?"
"Because, my dear girl, your father has just made contact with the school to inform us that you will be leaving our little academy to go to the single most presitigous school in the enitre Eastern world. You my dear, are leaving us here to go move to Japan."
"What? How? When did Father decide that!?"
"Only since your birth girl." He chuckled "Finally you have been granted your place amongst the students there.""But..."

One month ago...
"Well up your's you vicious b*stard!" Phonenix shouted at the rapidly retreating figure as she staggered up from the ground. Once again as she'd walked home from school she'd been mugged. This time however she hadn't been so lucky, her lip was bleeding and she had a bright red line across her neck from where the knife blade had been held against her neck. After her out burst she continued home in the rain. How she missed America, how she missed her old neighbourhood and how she missed not being know as Yatsuba's CEO's daughter. Back then she didn't have to worry about being kidnapped or attacked, or even something as simple as being mugged. Simply because she had nothing worth stealing back then.

Present Day...
Phoenix sighed happily as she stood upon the golden sands at Tampa Bay, pleased to finally be where she used to call home. She gentley dug her deliacate toes into the sand as the gentle breeze wrapped her filmsy sarong around her slight body. The silken fabric soft against her pale skin as the daylight danced across
her orchid purple hair. However, she wasn't home. At least, not yet. She'd come with her father on a business trip. Although she was free to do as she wished whilst he was in meetings she wasn't truley there. She was called away on a seconds notice and left behind so easily. In fact, at that very moment she'd sighed she'd decided her near future.

She was staying in Florida, whether her father liked it or not.
