Death Note

Near ran away.
Rhyme chased after him but as she turned the corner, was sprayed by another water gun.
"Near, 1. Rhyme, 0." Near muttered, holding a water gun.

 

L looked up at the television screens secured on all the walls. "Well Near-Kun and Rhyme-Kun seem to have settled down very quickly"
Toshiko sat on the desk with the lolly in her mouth, swinging her legs.

 

Rhyme frowned and sprayed Near again. Soon enough, they were running around trying to hit eachother with water.

 

L mooched over to a computer chair and pressed on a microphone.
"Watari-San?, can you find me a convict to use in our hoax please, make sure he looks professional and has at least one name beginning with 'L'"
"Is that all?"
"Yes, thankyou" L thanked him and carried on watching the screens.

 

Rhyme tripped over one of the lego objects they had made.
Near, running while looking behind him, tripped over Rhyme. They both lay on teh floor, watching eachother. "Who won this time?"
"I believe its a draw." Rhyme smiled, spraying him with water. "I win~"

 

L started to revolve on his chair.

 

Near frowned slightly and put his foot in her face.
Rhyme struggled around. "Stinky!"
Near smirked and sat up. "I still wonder where Mello is."

A motorcycle drove by on the motorway, heading towards Tokyo. Crap. Bloody traffic all around.

 

OOC: L is in the Kanto region..

"Ryuzaki, all criminals killed were reported on either television, or the internet"Aizawa said , handing printouts to him.

"Thankyou, would you now please investigate what kind of information was release about the victims killed?"L asked, taking the printouts by the corners and rifling through them.

Aizawa nodded and went back to work.

Rhyme sat up too, holding up a lego gun. "Do you think that Kira kills them by poisoning?"
Near shook his head. "All of the criminals have died by natural heartattacks. Somehow, Kira has the ability to do this."

Driving into the city, the person left his motorcycle in front of a warehouse and took of his helmet. It was Mello. Smirking, he nodded as a man in glasses handed him a package. "Thanks." Getting back on the bike, he drove off again. "Near asked me to pick this up. Now, off to the Kanto."

 

L looked carefully at each criminal, especially at how they were reported.

Toshiko looked over his shoulder. "None of them were reported on the radio..."

*If none of these criminals were reported in the radio, but were reported in every other way that could display images of the victims, then this may tell me that Kira needs a face to be able to kill a person, besides that the only other really important piece of information he or she would need is the name fo the criminal, could Kira kill by simply knowing the name and face of a person?*

 

Near stood up and walked along towards the elevator. "I wanna see Ryuzaki."
Rhyme stood up too and walked over to him.

 

*This theory is near impossible, but then again i can't quite explain how Kira kills these people without even having to be anywhere near them. come to think about it there is the possibility that he has people working under him, no he can't have to be able to kill the number of people he has he must have about 80 accomplises in each country by now, so i can safely say that he is working alone. If Aizawa-San comes up with the results that these people are only being killed by means of access to Audio AND visual media then i think i can say that he definatly needs a face to kill* He took another sip of coffee and balance sugar-cubes on the end of the spoon. *Also my theory will only be strengthened if the 'world wide' television broadcast goes as planned.*

 

Near pressed a button and headed up to L's floor. Stepping out onto the carpet, he walked along with Rhyme in tow. Stopping in front of the table where L sat, he watched him.
Rhyme smiled and shook her head, spraying water everywhere.

 

L looked up at her through his hair.

 

Neat held his arm up, shielding himself from the water spray. "Found anything more? When shall we start with the phony broadcast?"

 

OOC: has L done the broadcast yet?

BIC: "Light i have to go do a shoot in America for a few weeks you don't mind do you?""Of course not" Light thinks to himself "With Misa out of the way for a bit, i can concentrate better"

 

OOC: Nope.

 

"Yes, Kira works alone and needs a name and face at least to kill someone" he said while brushing water out of his fringe.

 

"So Kira can't kill me, Rhyme or you?" Near asked.
Rhyme smiled. "So we're safe unless someone tells Kira our real names and gives him a picture of us!"

 

"Yes, we should be safe, pressuming no one in the task force is contacting Kira"
