Death Note

*L said that Near would approach me so I should look as natural as possible*

 

Near and Rhyme got off the plane and looked around. It had been the middle of the day when they left. Near took Rhyme's hand and led her into the airport. Looking around again, they spotted Matsuda.
Rhyme smiled and approached him with Near. "Salutations."
"Hello." They both stared up at him.

 

"heh light finally falling in love as you humans call it" Ryuk was dead behind light like always

 

"Misa i have to go to college, do you have a shoot today?"
"yeah i think so, so i might be late back."
Light goes off to college and Misa goes to her shoot.

 

Matsuda stared at them. * children?..but.. *

 

Ryuk followed light while still crunching an entire bag of apples he thought to himself "today should be exciting"

 

Near raised an eyebrow. "Does there seem to be a problem?"
Rhyme gripped Near's hand tighter. "Maybe we got the wrong guy?"
"This is Matsuda. I know it is because I've seen him before." Near held out a hand to Matsuda. "Yes, me and Rhyme are children in your mind."
"But L chose us both specially."

 

Light whispers to Ryuk "Part of me loves Misa but the majority of me is with her for the Shinigami eyes. I should win over L as long as i have Misa."

 

Matsuda smiled. "follow me please" he sent a message to L.
L red the message and began to delete all footage showing Near and Rhyme.

 

Near nodded.
Rhyme watched Matsuda then looked at Near. "How bigs the task force?" She asked in english so Matsuda couldn't understand
"Around... 6. Then L and now us two." Near replied in english. "But I believe there is a new arrival. I don't know her name yet."
Rhyme nodded. "What happened to the other 54 on the task force?"
"Dropped out, scared to die. Not that I blame them."

 

"please keep all information on the task force confidential until we reach HQ" Matsuda led them outside to a car with tinted black windows.

 

"Really now? You can understand us?" Near asked.
Rhyme looked down. "Sorry...."
"Don't worry Rhyme. We never said WHICH taskforce, did we? It could have been the english one."
"Good point." Rhyme smiled again, getting inside teh car.
Near followed after her then looked at Matsuda. "You're not scared?"

 

" no, to be honest I find the whole thing exciting" he handed them blindfolds. " L has requested that you wear these until we are inside HQ"

 

Near nodded and took them both. Tying one around Rhyme's head, he then tied the other around his. "Aren't you afraid that you could die?" He looked up in the direction of Matsuda. "Whats your full name?"
Rhyme turned and looked in the same direction.

Story/Bio: he is Ryuk's little brother, well ryuk calls him that, in fact he is the same age. like ryuk he is easily bored. he has a more elegant laugh and voice. also he has an affinity for fruit. his personal favorites are grapes and cherries.
Picture or description: he looks a bit like ryuk but his hair is longer and it lays down it is slightly past his back,its long enough for him to sit on. he is also a little shorter then ryuk. his skin is also pastel white and if it wasnt for his bat-like wings he would be almost indistinguishable from a human
Extra: he has a death note written in 2 different languages (english and japanese

BIC: "so you really love her then.. what about that other girl you were seeing?"

 

"Tarou Matsoi" he said plainly and started the car.

BIC: "Yeah i guess, but something doesn't seem quite right.You mean the one at the coffee shop? Hmm i don't know."

Looks up and realises Ryuk is eating an apple. "Ryuk people can see an apple floating!!"

 

Rhyme raised her hand in a gun form and pointed at Matsuda. "BANG!" She tilted her hand back as if she had shot him.
"If we were Kira, then you would have been dead." Near said blankly, tilting his head as if he was staring out teh window.
"Please be more careful in future. Use an fake name when talking to people you're not too sure of." Rhyme said, putting her hand down.

 

Matsuda laughed slightly . " you kids are just like L"

 

Ryuk sighed he threw the apple in his mouth "now they cant see it."

Kyusa flew down he had noticed Ryuk "Brother!" he hugged Ryuk "where have you been?" Kyusa didnt notice that his death note bumped light.

"hey bro. I have been here. now would you get off of me?" he pushed Kyusa off of him.
