I finally made a demo reel of me voicing as Roxas. This minute and half demo reel features the lines from in my opinion, the most important parts of Kingdom Hearts: II and Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. I really think that you did a great job...you do sound like Roxas english VA a lot... but you should put much more emotion into the lines, from what I felt.. like the lines "You should come back...with us!" should be more enthusiatic then how you said it. and the one saying "Who are you talking to, me or sora?" you should a bit more hurt or upset, put more anger into that line. Other then that you did well, great job Mike.

Those battle cries are on point, now for when you get to when you are hit it should be agressive and acutally sound like you are getting hurt. I've seen many, many people do fandubs of anime/video games and there battle cries suck really bad and people WILL complain about it. They will nitpick at every detail.
^This. You should work a lot on expressing yourself through Voice Acting(sound like you are excited, getting hurt etc.). If you want to make your fandub funny, then expression is displayed through humour, if you want to make your fandub serious, adventurous, then you need a lot of expression.
Once again, thanks for the critique guys. I redid the demo reel and added some more lines. I feel the emotion is better, at least an improvement. The lines can still be better, but every time I record all these lines at once, I get confused and the emotion is being lacked. Excellent! Sounds like Roxas! Though I think some of the lines may need some emotion, but other than that its pretty good. Maybe even better than mine! But that's probably because I just started voice acting. So much fun acting like another character and being that character your playing. ^-^ Oops, just got off topic. Time to go listen to the battle cries.
