Demons and Heroes

Cole didn't understand what was going on, but knew now was the time to attack. He charged at Jecht while he was distracted.

 

Gharanth watched but kept his distance. He had the orbs but this was in the hope that they would stabilise his fragile mind. He had a temper that controlled him given half a chance. He had to remain cold and distant. Either that or dead.

 

Natalie didn't even bother to stop Cole.. Instead she took out her blades and charged towards Jecht too..


ooc: I am so sneaky.. I'm stil grounded but I'm on anyways xD

 

He drew his sword and slashed at Jecht.

OOC: Oooooh! Don't get caught!

 

OOC: I got caught last night and I got slapped in the back on my left shoulder..It hurt too!! XD...

BIC:

"Wait Cole!" she shouted as she put her hand on his shoulder...
"Let him be.....He's a bully....If you fight fire with fire, you're just gonna get burnt...Lets' go," she said as she kissed his cheek..

 

He put his sword away and said "Okay." He went with her.

 

OOC: Oh sh!t I got caught

Sorry, my mom said If she catches me again, I'm off the v-ball team...So I'll talk to you as soon as I get off my grounding, or whenever I'm home alone XD

bic the jecht that cole had cut burst into several aura dragons that flew at him slamming him in the back

"you know im really not that stupid"

said the real jecht from the cliff

 

He fell to the ground. He looked up at Natalie and said "You were right, I got burnt." Then, he passed out.

 

Gharanth shook his head and walked out. "Enough fighting. You bicker like little children and certainly haven't earned the title Hero. I thought I was mad but I see that I am the sane one. Cole is mine. I will take him." He threw a huge fireball before him. Picking up Cole he turned back into the forest. "Do not follow me creatures. I will defend myself."

 

Darkeon sat in his secret lab, holding a fake orb with absolutely no power. what am i doing wrong.....? he thought.

 

Aroe's sadness had sunken back in and he was storming around the forest. His eyes were burning with rage although he didnt quite understand why.
"Come on, I dare someone to get in my way."

 

"Someone just did pipsqueak. Don't threaten me as I'm not in the mood. You come for another round of humiliation? I'm more than happy to give it to you." Gharanth put Cole down and stood looking calmly at Aroe. "You threatened me last time we parted for no reason. All bets are off." A huge fire ball hurtled towards Aroe.

 

Aroe drew his blades, spinning them at lighting speed and shooting wind. The fire was thrown off course and back at Gharanth.

 

Gharanth raised his hand and reabsorbed the fire ball. "Is this what you want?" He drew both swords and faces Aroe. "Lets dance."

 

"No it's not what i want." Aroe twirled his daggers in his hands. "Nothing is ever what i want. But like you said, life sucks."

 

"Stop blaming the rest of the world for your problems. Get real and change your own life. If it sucks change it. You decide what you do, not some outside force. Stop blaming your bad decisions on some mystic non existent scapegoat." Gharanth began to laugh. "I am what I am. No mystic force or unseen helper created me. I feel guilt and remorse for the past, but I can't change that. I can however influence the future. About time you learned that the same applies to you."

 

Aroe slashed at Gharanth, trying to get into his defences. "I don't blame the world for my mistakes. I blame myself."
'and that's the problem...'
His eyes were smoldering with the heat, watering and burning. He squinted ignoring it.
"And what if i can't get out of it?" Aroe caughed. "What if im in too deep to excape?"

 

"No one is so deep as to not be able to change but you have to genuinely want to change. I won't kill you but I won't let you kill me either." He struck with all his might using the flat of the blade to knock Aroe down.

 

'I do want to change.'
"You make it sound so easy."
Aroe gasped from the ground, blood dripping from the side of his face. He still held his blades ready, preparing another attack.
