Apparently he switched genders. He's supposedly always beend a girl. Gender-blending is becoming the biggest fad on KHV this week.

Ruon is a girl who had always masquaraded as a guy while even his "brother" and "sister" referred to "him" as such.
He then started dating his sister, claiming they were adopted siblings and had lied about it this whole time so they can trick us when the KHV awards came. His "sister" then said they were a lesbian couple.
