Enemy of the State

Atsuihi was once an average 17 year old schoolboy. He got average grades, has average looks, lived in an average house with an average mother and father. The truth is Atsuihi thought his life was boring. He wanted adventure. He wanted to go where no one dared to set foot. He wanted to fight. One day, he heard that a new military group named 75th Tutamen, was recruiting soldiers for an experiment that would transform them into "Super Soldiers." Atsuihi decided to enlist, thinking that Tutamen would make his boring existence a little more exciting. One night, he ran away from home. He went to the recruiting center for The 75th Tutamen. After enlisting, Atsuihi was sent to a chamber. They injected him with a weird liquid and put him in a machine. He could barely make out two voices before falling into a deep sleep.

Atsuihi awoke after what seemed like a few minutes. He was led to a room where he was dressed in a military uniform and given a haircut. He was then sent to another room with a huge round table. Many other boys and girls about his age sat at the table. An older man with a gray moustache entered. He gave a quick briefing to the children. He told them that they were being sent to a special training facility in the Sahara Desert, where they would learn how to use their abilities, hand-to-hand combat, and how to use guns. Atsuihi was overjoyed. His life was now going to be exciting. The next morning, at 5am, the soldiers-in-training boarded a plane and flew to the Sahara Desert. Everything was peaceful, but it would not last. A group of Rebels called, 672 was out to destroy this military group with their evil monsters, along with the rest of the world.

History: Atsuihi was born to an average mother and father. Growing up, he was not widely liked by anyone in his school, and as a result, became isolated from social contact. When he entered high school, he tried to make friends, but failed. He eventually gave up. Atsuihi is tired of a dull life and wants, no, CRAVES excitement.

History: Neoph grew up in an orphanage after being found on the street at six days old. He hated every moment there. After some critical thinking, Neoph ran away and joined 75th Tutamen.

Other: A phenomenal sniper.
Preview Post: Sweat dripped of Neoph's brow as he kept the crosshairs on his tactical scope aimed at his target's head. His finger twitched slightly on the trigger as he cocked the rifle. 3... 2... 1... Neoph pulled the trigger. His weapon recoiled as the heated metal barreled forward and buried itself deep in his target's brain. "Kill shot." He grinned at the gel body target in triumph.

History: Hope was bullied badly at school for being weak and small, she was always very lonely and had few friends. She wanted to get out of there and to prove to everyone she wasn't weak, she could do things. When the chance came up to join the Tutamen, it seemed like exactly what she needed and she joined straight away.

Preview Post: Hope staggered across the desert, the harsh sun beating down on her. She slowly brought her water bottle up to her mouth but frowned as nothing came out. She shook it a few times before sighing and returning it to her belt. She couldn't stop, she had to keep going. She brought her hand up to her head and wiped away the beads of sweat as she squinted into the distance.

History: Ever since Rea was little, everyone knew she was destined to be a fighter. She hated getting changed when she was a baby and would always kick her mother. When she was a toddler, she always got what she wanted... by force. And when she was a teenager, her boyfriends quickly found out, she was the boss. She enlisted in Tutamen, thinking it was a great way to become stronger.

Preview Post: Rea looked around the building as she walked, holding her knife, ready to stab anything that came too close. She looked behind her as a target came down. She stabbed it with her knife. Even more targets came down. She sliced and stabbed, sliced and stabbed. The last target came down. It was too far away. She noticed that the target was armed. In one, quick motion, she threw her knife at the target, hitting it right between the eyes.

His mother died when the young Ryan was only 10. He had to support his 2 year old sister and 3 year old brother alone. After the government took his brother and sister away, Ryan has been seeking revenge.

Preview Post: Ryan's cold glare grew colder as he looked out at the sun. My life has been torture for the past 15 years... I never wanted it to come to this... but i'm afraid I have no choice... not anymore... He took his rifle out of the case and began to assemble it. Once he was done, he aimed down the scope for a second. He loaded it. The government doesn't care about bases... they have plenty of money in their pockets to build a new one... the only way that a message will get across is with a... 'Body count.'" With that, Ryan slung his rifle over his shoulder and walked away.

Atsuihi was strolling along the base, his gun slung over his shoulder. He looked around at everyone training. He cracked a small smile. A man came up to him.

"Private," he said, "You're in the watchtower this morning."

Atsuihi stretched. "Yes, sir." He took off running towards the tower, slightly frustrated. That's two days in a row he was put on tower duty. Nothing ever happened. It was just plain boring. He never had anything to do. While other people were out in other countries, fighting, he was looking out of a watchtower, waiting for enemies that would never come. They were out in the desert for Christ's sake. Nothing was going to attack them way out here. "Maybe i'll go out on a mission tomorrow..." Atsuihi said hopefully as he climbed the stairs of the tower. Once he reached the top, he sat down and looked out on the horizon. He could see what looked like a small sandstorm in the distance. Hours passed and Atsuihi was becoming worried. The sandstorm was getting closer. As the sandstorm approached the base, Atsuihi saw figures within it. The creatures looked like giant Scorpions. Atsuihi gasped. "SCORPIONS!!! Everyone! Battle Stations!" Atsuihi jumped off of the tower and drew his M16.

 

Carly had heard the scream. She turned around to see the ememy coming at them. "Of all the day!" She quickly prepare her sniper-rifle. She aim at the target, ready to shoot at any given moment.

 

Atsuihi fired at the Scorpions. He soon realized he had to reload, but didn't have any time. So, using his superior strength, He grabbed a Scorpion's tail and began swinging it into the others.

 

Carly fired once at a time. She hit ever target right on. She swiftly grabbed her ammo and reloaded. She continued to fire, shooting anything that wasn't already being dealt with.

 

Hope heard the alarm, happily ditched the task she was working on and dashed to her battle station, whipping out her rifle as she ran. Finally, some action. She soon reached her position and immediatly began firing rapidly at the scorpions.

 

Atsuihi threw the Scorpion into a building. He took a few seconds to reload his M16 and continued the assault.
