Birth by Sleep Eraqus and son

During the final battle between Master Xehanort and Terra, Terra calls master Eraqus his father and I quote: "Was my master, no my father Eraqus not enough?"
I wonder does he mean this biologicly or just in an honour sence?
It's not that big a question but I think it's worth thinking about...... and on another not what is master Eraqus' keyblade called?

 

Not sure about the name of the keyblade,but i'm pretty sure that (from that quote) he is only his master.

 

I think he called eraqus his father because , Eraqus was like a father to him , his guardien and master.

 

it's not clear but he could very well be his father.

also, Eraqus keyblade is called "master keeper" judging from the equipment in Secret Episode of Final Mix version.

 

I think Terra just thought of Eraqus as a dad.

 

I'm pretty sure Terra doesn't mean in terms of biological relationship, just in terms of honor and the fact that Eraqus treated him as a son.

 

This is actually cleared up in the opening of any of the three standard stories. I give you now a quote from post-mastery test.
"Terra, you should know that I care for you like my own son."
Now, that line uses "like my own son", so it's presumed that it's in an emotional sense, and not biological.
Also, as Evilman said, Eraqus' keyblade is called Master Keeper.

 

Fatherly sense, seeing how Eraqus trained him and cared for like a father....But this does make you think of Terra's parents,how he got to this world and why he wanted to be a keyblade master.

 

It's an honor thing... Terra and Eraqus had a close relationship as master and apprentice. Eraqus even told terra if he had his way he would make terra a master in an instant. He also treated him like a son through out the game.

It's a simile.
Erauqs is comparing Terra to a son.
It's like if I said "the sun is like gold".

The sun isn't actually gold, but I'm comparing it to gold.

 

Terra feels like he is his father,and Master Eraqus feels like Terra is his son.

And P,that theory made me go into hysterics xD
