Fast Food Madness: The Epic Return V2

Roxas blinked to try and clear the small fog in his head, dazed from the hit his head had taken when he was forced into the wall. He didn't have much time to think about it. In fact, he didn't have time to do anything. He suddenly felt a sharp, hard pain against his mouth, his head being forced to the side from the impact.

Kairi's hand came up to cover her mouth, the sight of one of her good friends taking a beating hard on her. Nathan was right beside her, just as silent as she was.

 

Namine had already looked away when she saw Jeff ram Roxas against the wall, but it didn't help when she heard the soft noise the punch created. She furrowed her brows, shutting her eyes at the pain of hearing Roxas get hit.

Jeff pulled back his fist, this time making a quick decision not to aim for Roxas' head. He tightened the fist and then went to hit Roxas' stomach, trying to knock the wind of out him. It was a cheap trick, but that didn't matter to him.

 

Roxas felt his blood boil, the boy becoming very angry now. He saw Jeff aiming for his stomach and the boy brought both his hands forward, catching the punch before it could make contact with his stomach. He then proceeded to turn to the side and put force on Jeff's arm, aiming to flip Jeff off his feet and onto the ground.

 

Jeff grunted, his body hitting the ground with a loud thud after Roxas successfully flipped him. That was, without a doubt, the most painful thing he had experienced through out the whole fight. His head had hit the pavement, and now as he laid on his back, he tried to quickly regain his senses.

 

Roxas didn't hesitate bringing his foot back and forcing it forward to kick Jeff in the side while he was down. He tasted blood in his mouth, no doubt from the punch he had received, and his head was killing him. The worst was, he didn't think those were the last of his injuries.

 

Jeff felt the kick impact him in the side, forcing him to roll a little bit until he came to a stop. He let out a soft gasp in pain, the teen trying to pick himself up. He was losing the battle, but he was going to change the tide as soon as possible.

 

Roxas started walking toward Jeff, not through with him yet. His vengeance wasn't fulfilled yet. He still had much more to take out on this guy, his fists tight with the rage moving through him.

 

Jeff set his hands on the ground and pushed himself up, rising to his feet. He was a little unsteady at first, but he was aware enough to see Roxas coming over, and he had the wits to raise his fists in defense.

 

Roxas felt the blood trailing down his chin, but he didn't wipe it away. Right now, he focused on Jeff. He walked a few more steps before moving into a run, charging at Jeff. Once he was close enough, he threw himself at the jock, lunging at him.

 

Jeff saw the movement, and he was surprised when his instincts had him move more quickly than he did at any other point in the battle, side-stepping Roxas' lunge.

 

Roxas curved his body in again when he noticed that Jeff side-stepped his move, the blond rolling onto his feet again. Clever. He should have expected that.

 

Jeff spun around when he saw Roxas' recovery, his hands in fists at the sight of him. He rushed forward and aimed to hit him with a hard punch in the shoulder, hoping that he would be caught off guard.

 

Roxas remembered one thing then: never have your back to the enemy. He sensed something coming at him and he glanced out of the corner of his eye, tensing. But he ran out of time because of his mistake, squeezing his eyes shut when he felt a hard hit to his shoulder.

 

Jeff pulled back his arm and then took a few steps back just in case Roxas made a quick retaliation. It seemed like they were a pretty equal match, but over all, he had to admit that Roxas was the better fighter.

 

Roxas recovered, grinding his teeth together as he brought a hand to his shoulder. He looked down at it before turning around, eyes finding Jeff. "Cheap shot," he scolded, before he darted forward quickly, one move in mind.

 

Jeff would have come up with a witty response, but before he could do that, he saw Roxas charging for him. He lifted his arms, hands balled into tight fists as he prepared to defend himself.

 

Right before Roxas reached Jeff, he jumped and kicked out his legs, aiming to hit the jock in the torso with both of his feet. His body turned in the air, giving him the right position to complete the move.

 

Jeff had his arms up, so when Roxas kicked him, his feet actually kicked his forearms, not his chest. He stumbled back a few steps, arms throbbing from the strength of the move. How did he do that?!

 

Roxas's form hit the ground, but it was a controlled landing, so he didn't actually get hurt when he landed on his hands and feet. He looked up at Jeff from the ground, disappointed that he didn't completely hit the mark, but happy with the stumble nonetheless.

 

Jeff lowered his arms in surprise, grabbing onto one of them with a hand to try and sooth the pain. He didn't see how that move was physically possible, especially not by some teenager. How did he jump that high, and how did he have a smooth landing? His thoughts were throwing him off, distracting him.
