Fast Food Madness: The Epic Return

Namine let out a gasp when Ty gave up with the sniffing and just started licking Roxas' face relentlessly. She brought up a hand to her mouth, trying her hardest to suppress the giggles that were coming out due to her amusement.

 

Roxas groaned a little louder this time, cracking his eyes open. "Namine...?" he mumbled tiredly. However, the sun was too bright as soon as he opened his eyes and he brought up his hands. That was when he felt something soft...like fur. Roxas opened his eyes again, blinking a few times before the sight before him finally set it. A big nose, wet tongue, and floppy ears. "Whoa!" Roxas cried with widened eyes, darting up into a sitting position, at the same time pushing himself a few inches away from the dog.

 

Namine couldn't keep her laughter inside anymore. She laughed freely now, bringing a hand to her stomach as she looked over at Roxas, who was being sniffed by Ty again. Roxas' reaction was just hilarious!!

 

Roxas turned his head sharply, looking behind him slightly to the source of the laughter. His wide blue eyes instantly located Namine, who was doubled over in her laughter. He looked from her to Ty, who was still sniffing him, and back to her. So that was funny, huh? Roxas smirked faintly in amusement and playfulness, the boy now fully awake. "You!" he cried. "This was your idea!"

 

Namine kept laughing looking at Roxas from a distance. "No," she managed through her laughter. She tried to regain control of herself, but she was laughing too hard now to stop herself. She couldn't help but smile at Roxas' expression, both his current one and the one had he on a few moments ago when he was first awoken.

 

Roxas's small smirk grew into a devious grin. She was in for it. He scrambled up from his spot on the blanket and immediately darted toward Namine's place near the house. He heard Ty bark after him once he rose from his spot on the ground, but Roxas continued running, planning to get his revenge.

 

Namine's eyes widened in surprise. "Roxas?" she cried out in shock, her laughter starting to subside. She moved over to the side cautiously, not sure exactly what he had in mind here. He wouldn't tickle her, would he? No, he wouldn't...Namine thought doubtfully.

 

"I'd run if I were you!" Roxas warned with a laugh, bringing up his hands, wiggling his fingers. He knew Namine would definitely run for it when she understood what he was implying; she was playfully fearful of being tickled, or "tickle-tortured" as he'd heard her call it before. But Roxas believed she deserved it, so he was going to give it to her. His pace was a little faster than a jog, a grin plastered on his face.

 

Namine started running without thought. "Roxas, don't you dare!" she cried as she moved, a few playful giggles leaving her lips. Okay, so maybe she did deserve some sort of punishment for letting Ty lick Roxas awake. But at this point, she wasn't ready to apologize for it.

 

Roxas laughed, chasing after Namine. Yup, she definitely knew what she was in for. Oh well, he knew it was going to be funny--for both of them.

 

Namine didn't go into the garden; knowing her, she'd probably trip over something and still get tickled. She headed over towards the apple tree, that being the only spot she could get to without Roxas reaching her right away. At least, that's what she thought.

 

Roxas couldn't help but chuckle. With open space like this, Namine was going to get caught faster than she probably expected. She had been so close to the door he thought she would have run through there first, but he stood corrected. The blond ran after the girl anyway, a big grin on his face.

 

Namine didn't look over her shoulder, knowing that then Roxas would catch up to her even more quickly. She hurried toward the tree, trying to prolong her punishment as long as possible. Almost there...

 

Roxas was gaining on Namine, and after a few seconds he was less than a few feet from her. He reached out with his hands, grabbing hold of her as he skidded to a halt, not wanting either of them to trip and fall. Despite that, his fingers already started running along Namine's ribs, beginning to tickle her.

 

Namine shrieked with laughter, the girl bending over when she felt Roxas' hands tickling her. "Roxas," she gasped through her laughter, her hands quickly finding his arms as she tried to move him away.

 

"Nope!" Roxas cried the instant Namine tried to pry his arms away. "You're not getting out of this one," he teased with laughter, continuing to tickle her. Namine's giggles caused his to grow, hearing the merge of their laughter echo across the lawn.

 

Namine laughed, her hands gripping Roxas' arms so she wouldn't collapse altogether. She was extremely ticklish, and, of course, Roxas knew that. But she didn't try fighting anymore, knowing that there was no escaping this torture.

 

Roxas smirked after laughing again, still running his fingertips along Namine's sides, even while she had a hold of his arms. "Payback can be such torture, huh?" he joked lightly, emphasizing what she had told him once about the tickle-torture. It didn't matter, really, if it was revenge or not--this was all fun and games.

 

"Roxas," Namine said through her laughter. She shut her eyes tightly, trying to keep what little balance she had a for a few more moments. "I'm gonna fall," she choked out, knowing that her knees would give out from underneath her because of the tickling any time now.

 

Roxas took his right arm away from her side and instead wrapped his around her stomach, now supporting her weight. "Not anymore," he chimed with a grin, his left hand traveling along her side. He knew he would have to stop here in a minute, but he loved hearing Namine laugh; it brightened his day, even if he woke up to the sun's rays on his face this morning.
