Final Fantasy VII/X-2: Yuna's Gaea Adventure

Cloud continued on until he saw Aerith up ahead

 

Aeris was praying for Holy to come. Silently, Yuna was also praying.

 

Cloud walked up to her and took out his sword and raised it

 

Yuna took out Jecht's sword to stop him, but Tifa and Rikku shouted to stop him.

 

Cloud stoped "what are you making me do" Cloud said as he stoped and watched Aerith pray

 

For the first time she arrived, Aeris looked up at Cloud and smiled.

 

Just then from the sky Sephiroth headed straight down with his sword and stabbed Aerith

 

For the next few moment, Yuna could hear her heart pounding in her ears as she stared at Aeris, who looked in shock.

 

Sephiroth pulled the sword out of her body and Cloud caught her body "Aerith...this can't be real"

"she shall join with the planet and I shall unite with the planet" Sephiroth said

"Shut up Aerith is gone. She won't be able to laugh, cry, or be angry. The cycle of nature means nothing. What about my pain" Cloud said

"are you saying you have feeling?" Sephiroth said

"of course I do. What do you think I am" Cloud said

"hahaha there is no reason to pretend to feel sad or act like your angry" Sephiroth said as he floated up "because Cloud you are.................... a puppet" Sephiroth said as he flew up

 

Yuna saw a pale green orb fall into the lake below. Then she pulled out Jecht's sword and attacked Sephiroth.

 

Sephiroth smirked and sent a few slashed at her and flew away

 

Yuna hit the wall and got up. Braska placed his hand on her shoulder and they headed down to the lake. Everyone else gave their respects to the descended Ancient.

 

Clopud picked up Aerith and dropped her into the water

 

With their staffs out, Yuna and Braska walked upon the water's surface and performed the sending. Rikku watched, trying to hide the tears.

 

Cloud sighed "listen up everybody" Cloud said

 

Everyone gathered around him, even Yuna and Braska who finished the sending.

 

"I am Cloud Ex-Solider born in NIbleheim. I cam to settle things with Sephiroth. I came here on my own free will.....or so I though. however to tell the truth I am afraid of myself" Cloud said

 

"Cloud......" Tifa couldn't think of anything to say.

"What are you going to do now?' Jecht asked.

 

"Im going to stop Sephiroth. That ohterside of me was the reason I gave away the black materia. I need to ask you guys for a favor" Cloud said

 

"We're listening." Paine said.
