Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

Dean's body shifted as a huge blast came for him. "...This won't end well..." He said and resummoned again to take the blow as he crashe dinto the ground, reverting, a bit on the dirty side.

He looked up at Kazuhiro. "What will you do now!? I reduced your Aeon to petty pieces!" Kazuhiro said as Dean just gave off a smirk. "Maybe you did, but I don't give up stop stop trying to make me surrender!" he said as his patterns took form again but small colours shot out of Kazuhiro and flew straight at Dean. "How is this possible!? I thought I absorbed it all!"

"Heh, My Aeon can do the same as you and your body can't contain every ounce of power each of the Aeons have, why else do you think the Summoners use oen Aeon at a time, but I'm not using all of their powers, instead, I'll evovle my Aeon, Come, SKIETH!" He cried out as SKeith's form completely changed to white with eight swords hovering behind him as Dean was gone.

"...Let's go." he said as the tips gathered blue light and shot out lasers aiming straight at Corbenik at a unatural speed as he brought hsi gun to defend hismelf, an explosion occured but Dean shot off, punching him in the stomach to send him reeling and flew at him. "Take this!" He spread out the eight swords hovering behidn him as an eye formed and shot otu a blakc energy ball, hitting Corbenik as the field shatter, Dean and Kazuhiro back to normal as was the field.

"Your resolve is strong, heh, can't believe you of all people saved me from my madness." Kazuhiro said as his body was slowly becoing pryeflies. "Is he an unsent!?" Tidus asked and Dena shook his head. "No, he merged with Corbenik, perhaps because of what Yevon has done to us or maybe, he felt the Aeon's power being his own, he could do anything or maybe, he wanted to die so he can see his sister." Dean said, staring at Kazuhuro

"You've taken a different than my own Dean, will we meet again, with everyone else?" Kazuhiro asked and Dean just stared at him calmly. "We will meet again someday but until then." He begun to say as Kazuhiro stared back "You're not going to get the last cool speech Dean, now, go and follow the path you set out for yourself and tell me all about it." He said as Kazuhiro's form faded.

"...It'll be a long wait before that happens and...it's be a long story." Dean said as he turned around, starign at the others, he did look worse for wear though.

 

"Well done." Daichi told him, giving him a single nod..
" You did what you had to do. With that... no more regrets... right?"

 

Rikku sighed and smiled, Yuna walked up to him. "Are you okay?"

 

"It's not me who is regretting." Dean answered Daichi. "He wanted it to be this way from what I could tell from his heart during my battle with him, but, he always shrouded himself in mystrey to the very end, it's annoying but I can tell it's him naturally, I hate that he got the cool send-off." Dena said jokingly and heard Yuna's question.

"I'm fine, you should believe in the strength your Guardians have, we can't go down that easily, even if the odds are against us." He answered to her and rubbed his white hair.

 

Kari smiled and saw some chocobos running across the lands. She thought of something and put Tidus in a headlock, she said, "Hey, Tidus. I have a little wager for you. See, I heard that if you beat the chocobo trainer's record, there's a man hiding a powerful weapon on a slope somewhere. Seeing as how Dean, Daichi, Lukya, and I have our Celestial Weapons, maybe this one is yours. Think you can do this?"

 

Well...uh...sure, but last time I checked before the record, the guy wouldn't budge." Tidus commented

 

"Then, if you beat the record, maybe the guy will move." Kari said. Yuna looked at her, "You sound pretty confident, Kari." Lukya smiled and nodded.

 

Tidus nodded and went to go and beat it which was surprisely easy for him but then again, riding a chocobo and avoiding seagulls and balls and getting balloons wasn't an easyfeat for anyone, maybe it was because of his blitzball reflexes or he was a natural at it.

"...If Tidus had spiky hair like a Chocobo, I'll believe it's natural for him." Dean said

~Meanwhile, in the far future of Spira~

A spiky haired man sneezed as he rode on a motorcycle, making his delivery. "Someone's talking about me, better not be Yuffie." he said and felt his mobile phone vibrate as he pulled to a stop as the name highlighted was Tifa

"No kidding." Kari said, smiling. Then she walked to a Chocobo she caught, getting on. "Hey, Lukya, Daichi, I'm heading to the Monster Arena to help the owner create some monster for this item he has. Want to come?"

"Sure." Lukya looked at Daichi and walked to another Chocobo caught by Kari and got on.

 

Ryo looked over at Auron walked up to him "ummm Sir Auron...I wish to spar with you. With my arm lost you will be the best opponent for me as I can learn how to fight more effectively with one arm" Ryo said nervous. Auron stared at Ryo for a while but then nodded "very well but know I will not go easy" Auron replied. This reply surprised Ryo as he expected a rejection. With a smile Ryo nodded "right I will do my best" Ryo said. Ever since he was a boy he wished to be a great guardian like Auron. Being able to train and fight along side him was one of the greatest honors for Ryo and it something Auron figured out. Ryo drew out his Arondight while Auron pulled out a new sword named the Masamune

 

Kari and Lukya wandered the Calm Lands for a certain monster, and came across a Ogre. Kari grinned when it quickly swapped Lukya far from her, she looked in shock as Lukya didn't move for a while and began to feel a sharp pain in her head. "Wh-what the.........." Kari yelled in pain, but the yell almost sounded inhuman. The yell was heard across the Lands, Yuna gasped when she heard the yell. "Dean, Daichi, will you come with me to see if Kari and Lukya are alright?" she asked them.

 

"Let's go then Yuna." Dean said to her.

 

Yuna nodded and caught two chocobos for them to ride. She got on hers and rode it to the source of the yell, she looked around and saw a Ogre. "I think I see something over there!" she looked at Dean, worried.

 

Dean nodded and followed her, approaching the scene.

 

Yuna gasped when she saw Lukya unconscious, she got off her Chocobo and ran to her. She looked around for Kari and saw her in a semi-monstrous form. "Is that........ Kari? What happened to her?" She watched as she fought against the Ogre.

 

"Get back Yuna!" Dean said as he moved Yuna out of the way and stared at Kari's form as he could tell Yuna's eyes were saying unspoken words about not hurting her.

"Don't worry, I won't do that."He simply stated and when Kari-Monster came at him, Dean simply held out his hand to stop her dead in her tracks, holding his ground, usng his newly evolved Skieth's power and just like last time with the Defender X machina only this time, eh was calm and controlled and that inself, was something to truly fear.

 

Kari roared loudly and tossed her transformed blitzball at him. Yuna focused on healing Lukya's wounds, then turned to Kari.

 

Dean sighed and jumped before twisting his body, kickign the transformed ball straight back at Kari-Monster with some of his Aeon's strength. "..." He remained silent and calm. "I faced worser than seeing you this cranky Kari." He said, yup he still had his witty commenting.

 

Yuna wondered if this new form had something to do with the process that nearly happened in Zanarkand. Kari growled and slashed at Dean with her claw.

 

Dean grabbed ahold of the claw that lunged at him and flipped Kari over as he jumped back a few times. "Control yourself at least, geez, remind me not to tick off any women if they turn out to be this ugly as you are right now." Dean rubbed behind his head as he spoke.
