Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

Lukya walked to the Command Center with him. She looked around for the new Maester.

 

Auron looked up at them surprised to hear his old friend Kinoc was a maester but didn't show his shock

 

"Ah, we are here." Seymour said as Dean did notice a few barrels. "Those are the machina?" He thought to himself as Wakka kicked one and rubbed his foot. "I hate these contraptions!"

"But why three Maesters just to oversee one operation? Shouldn't one be enough?" Dean thought as footsteps were heard. "Ah, it's good to see you my fellow Maesters...oh...is that you Auron?"

Dean approached an Al Bhed and began to speak fluently in their langauge again as he nodded and gave the Al Bhed a pat on the shoulder. "What'd you learn?" He asked and Dean turned his head to the machina. "This whole operation's morale just gotten a major boost, with three Maesters on this, the confidence they have has grown largely but now that there's a Summoner here, we've just made that reach higher levels."

"So they're using us to boost the solider's morale?" Tidus asked and Dean nodded. "Very clever but I have a very bad feeling about this whole thing."

 

Auron looks over at Kinoc "good to see you again Kinoc" Auron calmly replied

 

"How long has it been...ten years?" Kinoc asked Auron

 

Auron just remained quiet as he old friend spoke

 

"Kinco, congratulations on becoming Maester." Lukya bowed at him. "Do you remember me?"

 

"Still as stiff as ever I see... and of course." Kinoc said and Tidus looked at Lulu "Who is that guy?" He asked.

 

"Kinco, once a priest of Yevon." She said, Kari wrapped her arms around Lukya and smiled. "He's right, Lukya. You need to loosen up!" Lukya looked embarrassed.

 

Dean spoke. "So Maester Kinoc, your making these people live a dream?" He said and Kinoc looked at him "Is it wrong to let people have what they desire? They'd risk their lives to do." Kinoc said and Dean looked at him. "You are right if that's their choice but I thought Yevon wanted to protect the people, not encourage them to lose their lives."

 

Yuna was surprised at Dean's comment and nodded.

 

Kazuhiro spoke. "Then, you say that you don't want the people to decide for themselves?" Dean turned his attention to him. "I just find this a bad thing, how can you even be sure this operation would even be successful? Sin does return for his spawn but last I recalled, this thing is feared for a reason."

"Then you should discover your answer soon because...he is here." Seymour said and Dean turned his attention quickly, noticing the sea having a dark patch as Tidus looked as well. "My old man...?" he thought.

 

Kari had clipped on her arm claw and held her blitzball, Lulu held her doll close, Yuna gripped her staff, while Lukya stood near her brother as they looked out, watching Sin appear.

 

Dean watched the scene as the people moved and the AL Bhed firing their machina until Sin summoned a shield and it slowly strenched out towards them and fired immediately as Dena brought his arms up and some patterns appeared on his being and it was deflected from the Command center even though the rest of the people weren't so lucky as a being floated there similar to kazuhiro's changed form at Luca, with a scythe.

"He awakened it..."

"...." Dean was slient. "I know you...Your...Skeith...!" He said as the apparition vanished.

 

Yuna stared at Dean in awe while Lukya shot at it with her bow.

 

Dean quickly moved and forced Lukya to lower her bow. "Don't fire again, you saw what happened to the ones who tried to fight and perished, your arrow wouldn't even scratch him!" He said desperately.

He said and looked at Sin who turned away and sunk into the water.

 

Yuna ran to them. "What's going to happen now?" she said, softly.

 

Tidus screamed and started running itno the water to chase after Sin but soon returned by the current

"...We should send them." Dean said.

 

Yuna held her staff and began to dance, performing the Sending. Lukya and Kari watched her, Lukya cried as she watched, never have seen a Sending before.
