Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

"lets go. We wasted unnecessary time already" Auron said which was true since they were not far from Guadosalam

 

Kari nodded and followed them back into the rain, Rikku clung to her friend as they walked.

 

Daichi felt the cool rain hammer at him, soaking his fur... "... Our destination? I assume it's Macalania?"
He wondered what the others thought of him, tagging along with them. After all, he still hadn't given his answer.
Further more, he wondered why exactly Rikku was so afraid of the thunder and the lightning.
He'd spent a while training in the plains before he had met the group again, finding the fights while dodging lightning to be adequate training. He'd been struck once or twice too. Yet he held no fear for it.
So what exactly was it with her? ...
He was curious admittedly, but he decided he wouldn't pry. It was none of his business after all.

 

Tidus and Dean followed in the group as they were in the second half of the plains. "Almost there." Dean said and Tidus nodded.

 

"Can we stop somewhere? I would like to tell everyone the answer I'll have to Maester Seymour." Yuna said.

 

"Here?" Dean said and Lulu saw a tower that would cover them. "We can use that." Lulu recommended as the group stood underneath it.

 

Yuna sighed and looked at everyone. "I have decided that I am going to marry Measter Seymour." Lukya looked surprised and sighed.

 

Auron looked over at Yuna

"But why?" Wakka had to ask.

 

Daichi's ears rose for a moment...
Marry Seymour?
He had never liked the man... He had no idea what Yuna was thinking, but he decided to respect her decision and say nothing.

 

"I'm doing it for the peace of Spira." Yuna said, recalling what she had seen in Jsycal's sphere.

 

"What could have...that sphere!" Tidus remembered

 

"My father's sphere." Lukya looked at Yuna, she turned away. Rikku walked up to her and grabbed her hand, "Yuna......." A thunderbolt interrupted her, she shouted, "Quiet!" Kari looked surprised, and smiled. Rikku turned back to Yuna. "I'm with you, no matter what." Yuna smiled.

 

Seymour stood in the temple of Macalania with his eyes closed, listening to the hymn of the fayth until a Guado guard walked up to him "Lord Seymour, lady Yuna and her guardians have left Guadosalam and are heading here...but we have a slight problem" the Guado guard informed. Upon hearing the guards' report Seymour turned around and looked at the guard "and what would this problem be?" Seymour replied "your father Lord Jyscal appeared before them from the farplane" the Guado replied. This information had intrigued Seymour "what was the result of my father's return did they suspect anything" Seymour said. "nothing happened as lady Yuna sent him before he could do anything. As of the topic about her suspicion, it was brought about by her guardians but lady Yuna and your sister still believe your innocence" the Guado said. "I see then if lady Yuna does not suspect me then there is no problem, is there anything more?" Seymour said. "the problem was not lady Yuna's suspicion but that the summoner Ryo was there and witnessed Lord Jyscal's return. Unlike lady Yuna he highly suspects you" the Guado said. "I see then, we shall simply dispose of the summoner Ryo" Seymour said calmly

 

"Well...I suppose if that's what Yuna decided..." Dean said and Tidus dropepd his arms, he now hated Seymour with a bit more of a personal perspective.

 

"We better hurry. My brother is waiting for us in Macalaina." Lukya said and walked, Kari and Rikku followed her with Yuna behind them.

 

Daichi also followed them.
He wondered what this sphere was about, and about this business with Jyscal...
he decided he wouldn't ask about the sphere... but...
"Did something happen after I left the Farplane?
I mean... it sounds like I've missed something... Wasn't lord Jyscal dea-" He cut himself off... he didn't want to sound heartless in front of Lukya...
... Um... I mean... well... he trailed off... he really wasn't use to making conversation.

 

"My father is dead........ His spirit appeared before Yuna, all of us, and Ryo in the Farplane. Yuna sent him back and he dropped a sphere. Whatever is in that sphere, Yuna has decided to marry my brother......" Lukya sighed, unable to shake the feeling she had about what was going to happen.

 

Daichi looked down...
"I'm sorry for prying... it wasn't my place to ask..."
He really had to work on his people skills... If he did decide to become a Guardian... he couldn't afford to keep upsetting his companions... It was odd... he normally wouldn't have cared about such things... perhaps, these people where having a small effect on him already.

 

Lukya remained quiet when the group entered a beautiful forest with trees that looked like crystal. "This is...... Macalania......." she whispered softly.
