Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

Lukya had stayed behind and started her new career as Maester.

When Rikku caught her breath in the forest, she shouted, "I can't believe that Lukya willingly gave up her life long dream as a Guardian to serve a Maester!"

"You can't really blame her, Rikku." Kari said. "Not all of us had the pleasure of growing up with a sibling." Yuna sighed and nodded, Rikku sobbed and nodded.

 

"...As far as she could have been aware. It was either that... or her execution..." Daichi said bluntly.

 

"When Seymour offered her the position, he was trying to a good brother to her. But I know Lukya hasn't really given up on her dream to be a Guardian." Kari said to him. "Besides, I have a question for you, Wakka, and Rikku."

 

Dean leant against a blue tree as Tidus had left to see Yuna who was at the Lake, well not at but more like, inside it.

 

Yuna was crying, though she believed that Lukya hadn't abandoned her, she wasn't sure what to do now that she knew the truth of the religion she was supposed to follow.

Lukya sighed. Though now she had obtained the role of the leader of the Guado, she wasn't quite sure what to do. Staring at the items left behind when her friends left, Lukya began to cry.

 

Daichi stayed put... arms crossed.
Deep in thought.

 

"Yuna." Tidus said to be heard.

"What?" Wakka asked Kari and Dean sat down on the ground, deep in thought.

 

Yuna looked up at him, "Yes.......?"

"If you were offered a position, a Crusader, Chocobo Knight, or even Blitzball player, by your brother or sister, would you follow them even if it meant giving up your one dream?" Kari asked, Rikku ran to her. "You know I would never follow Brother, even if he offered to me to be leader of the Al Bhed!"

 

"Depends, I could never be the man Chappu was for starters." Wakka said thoughtfully, Chappu did join the Aurochs and never really asked anything from him apart from looking after Lulu.

"They've told...me everything." Tidus said as he approached her in the water.

 

Daichi knew he wasn't one of the questioned, but he just had to comment anyway. "...Sometimes though... you'd do anything that your sibling asks of you... No matter what it means..."
He continued to stand with his arms crossed, eyes closed.

 

Yuna nodded and cried a bit more, coughing for air.

"But what does this have to do with Lukya?" Rikku asked, Kari looked in the direction of Bevelle. "Don't really know. Guess she thought joining Seymour was the best thing to do, if it caused her to lose the one dream she always wanted."

 

"It's just, you know... all those things I said. Like "Let's go get Sin!" Or about Zanarkand... I didn't know what would happen to you, Yuna. I guess... I hope it didn't make you sad. Forgive me." He said as he approached her.

Yuna simply looked at him and smiled, tears streaming down her face. She lowered her head and tried to get her breath.

"She hasn't lost the dream yet... I told her that we'd see her on the other side...
She now has her duty, and we have ours... However... for both us, and Lukya. They mean the same thing." Daichi said calmly, his voice still reflecting no emotion.

 

"And besides Kari, she may want to give up being a Maester and be a Guardian again!" Rikku said, putting Kari's hair back up in the side ponytail.

 

Tidus touched Yuna's soldiers and looked at her and spoke. "Yuna." he said ina comforting tone.

Wakka spoke. "You're so quiet ya?" Wakka asked as Dean was brought of his thoughts quickly. "Just wondering what that Maester Kazuhiro was talking about, he's a strange one." He said.

 

"We have another pressing matter to discuss..." Daichi paused.
"Do you think Yuna will want to continue her pilgrimage?" Daichi personally had no doubts... but he still wanted to know what the others thought.

 

Yuna looked up at him, gasping for air. "Yes?"

Kari was quiet, thinking about Lukya. Rikku nodded and looked determined.
