Well there' s been a bit of a misunderstanding. Tabata said once Episode Duscae would be released the marketing of the game would begin full force, so the fans expected they' d finally start showing a lot of new stuff. What he actually meant is that Episode Duscae was their way to market the games to the fans (who tend to care about the gameplay first and foremost), and that the trailer campaign would target the casuals who never ever heard of Versus XIII. I mean let' s face it, what they' ve revealed over the course of, what was it now, six years ? They' ve revealed quite a lot of story bits already. They did take note of the complaints from the fans regarding the trailers, but they don' t seem quite sure what to show without entering spoiler territory.

Personally I' ve stopped watching them.

Potential airship DLC isn't the only thing that'll be free. All DLC will be free. At least, anything major I'm assuming.

Also, the reason why Regis has "aged dramatically" is because he uses his energy to maintain a shield around Lucis. Noctis's mom died when he was young. Luna and Noctis made a promise to each other when they were children but it's a secret as to what it was. And also, there'll be one new "core" spell.

Dat chocobo drifting looks sweet. I know I'm going to be making race car noises whenever I'm using one. Really excited for this. Can't wait for March when the release date is announced.

So no moogles, no gilgamesh, and no Airships? They better come out with those as DLC, because moogles are a must in most final fantasy games, and Gilgamesh would be awesome to fight in real time.

I want to see what some of the alternate costumes are too

Type-0 has already got that covered:

I'm more curious about what other superbosses XV will throw at us though. A lot of people want the "Weapons" from FFVII but I think the Four Fiends would be a way better callback to the olden days. Noctis and his gang already consist of four people...four Light Warriors even? Maybe I'm just trying too hard.

Yeah, but FF type-0's fight with Gilgamesh just doesn't seem the same for some reason

Though the Four Fiends would be a cool callback too, I agree. Although maybe FFXIV is already doing that in it's latest expansion, who knows

In an interview with Famitsu, Tabata gave a lot of info on the game.

Dang. Here I was thinking a release date had finally been announced. Guess we'll have to wait for March instead... :(

Edit: Hold up, in that one picture where Noctis's dad is young with Cid and General Cor(sp?)...

Is that Bill a.k.a. Left 4 Dead war veteran?! Is this who he was reincarnated as!?

I wonder what kind of role those dogs will have. In the picture of Luna and Noctis as kids, there's a black dog and a white dog, but I'm inferring that the black one is Luna's? I wonder if the promise involved them raising puppies.

Would be far more creative than the usual "Let's get married when we grow up" affair. Which is what it might be, but I hope it's not.

It seems that Square Enix held a poll about people's feelings on having Moogles in the game, and the community has spoken...obviously.

    http://www.dualshockers.com/2015/11...favor-of-inclusion-of-moogles-30572-vote-yes/

Though it doesn't mean for sure if we'll get moogles, it seems that people clearly want the things in the game. I personally don't care much about whether or not they're in the game. They didn't really exist in X/X-2, except for a few instances, and they weren't even real, I don't remember if IX had them, I know VIII didn't have them, and I can't say much for VII. Heck, did XII have them at all? I don't know, they seem like the sort of creature where it's nice to have them, but they don't add much to the game besides being something people go "awww" at.
