First Fall of Crimson Snow

The male looked away for a brief moment before looking bck at her. "Some what. I feel grogy." He admitted. Vghn just smile "But I'm fine." H said. "Are you still cold? Your cheeks are still red. I could help warm you up." He wrapped an arm arond hshoulder nd ulle her in slightly. H blushed some when he did that.

 

She felt his arm around her.

Sinder couldn't help but to look away for a second while her cheeks turned bright red.

'Oh jeeze. Did he really have to do that?'

When she turned back she was almost normal. Her cheeks were slightly redder than usual but that was only cuz Vaughn had his arm around her AND the fact that he pulled her toward him.

"Do you want anything to eat or drink?"

Stephan let out another cry, then clenched his teeth together. He gave a tight smile. "Brats? C'mon, you know better insults than that..." he said hoarsely. He was starting to run low; damn his temper. If he had thought things through, this jerk would probably be dead by now. He looked up at the tree above him, then back to Luke. Right now is where depth perception would be nice... he thought. But...if I'm quick... He quickly spun around and climbed up the tree, cat-like. He was quick, but it hurt; he wouldn't be able to go very high...maybe he could make it just above the agent's reach...

 

Relieved that Scott had feeling back in his legs and it seemed like he could walk on his own, Kendra stumbled to the nearest tree and leaned heavily against it. She realized that Scott asked her a question and quickly nodded to say she was fine, but really she wasn't. She was still blind from the tear gas, and she took in big gulps of air, trying to breath again. Kendra coughed as quietly as possible by covering her mouth with her good arm. Her lungs hated her right now for inhaling the tear gas. That was a very close call... they were stubborn, and they were determined to get the kids back.

Clay barely had time to dodge the girl's lightning attack, but it clipped him. Shock waves went up and down his arm, causing him immense pain. After he recovered from the attack, Clay glared at the girl, really ticked off now. "I'm going to kill you!" Clay raised his gun once again to fire at her with the stun bullets.

More bullets were fired from a different direction at Clay, but it didn't hit him. It just hit very close to his feet, making him move back.

Clay saw he was clearly outnumbered. Three against one wasn't a very fair match. 'But who ever said war was fair...' Clay decided that now was the best time to leave before he got himself killed and threw a smoke bomb down, disappearing from sight.

As soon as Clay was gone, a girl ran out of the bushes and into the clearing where the others were. She was wearing goggles over her eyes to protect them from the gas that was still lingering and had a cloth tied around her mouth to help her not breathe in so much of the gas. Immediately, she went over to Alyssia helping her up. "Come on! Let's move before he comes back. Hurry!" She looked over at the other boy who was standing there and shouted to him too. "Follow me! I'm an ally." She then started to walk as fast as possible, helping Alyssia get away from the tear gas that was now starting to fade into the air.

 

Not having enough energy to dodge the bullets, Alyssia was hit in the arm she was using to create the shockwaves and wanted to scream out in pain. The feeling in her right arm started fading and was somewhat limp. She tried closing her hand into a fist, the pain she had felt was quite unbearable. She tightly shut her eyes, before hearing a feminine voice in front of her. For a moment, she thought it was another R.N.A. member, but instead heard she was an ally. Alyssia's eyes and throat were still burning from the tear gas; she began coughing again, bringing her left hand to cover her mouth. She opened her eyes and kept her gaze on the girl while following her. "A-Are you a mutant...?" Alyssia asked, trying her best to not start coughing violently again.

 

Seth was unsure if he should follow, but the fact that she saved them made him trust her. Seth began to run with her, his sword was still out. He rested the sword on his shoulder as he ran, keeping the sword in case this mysterious girl tried anything funny. As he ran he kept on wiping away the tears in his eyes that was caused by the lingering gas

 

"Mutant?" The girl started laughing as she was running, making sure the others were following her still. They were, that was good. They had to move and fast, other wise the people might find the kids again. And maybe it wouldn't be just one from the Stealth Force coming to get them. "No! I'm a rebel! Peaceful Warrior! The name's Elsie, what's yours?" Elsie was heading in the direction where the other two she saw earlier disappeared to. She knew that it wasn't good for them to be out on their own like this, especially out in the rain. And the forest did have its dangers. It just didn't make itself known yet.

Before Kendra had time to do anything, she heard twigs snapping, heading their direction. But Kendra had a feeling it wasn't anything to fear. Kendra's eyes opened as she was trying to take deep gulps of breath to calm herself down. She could at least see now, her vision was just a bit fuzzy. Kendra saw the rocks that Scott had levitated and pushed from the tree, making her way over to him. She touched his shoulder and looked back to the trees where the people were coming from. "Wait..." she said in between pants.

 

The burning sensation Alyssia had been feeling was beginning to fade, but she needed to cough every once in a while. She kept her hand over her mouth, happy to know someone had come to save her and everyone else. If she never arrived, they'd probably all be dead by now. "My name's Alyssia," she said, lowering her hand a little as the urge to cough started to lessen. The feeling in her arm started coming back as well. She could feel her arm warm from the blood that was coming down from the wound. She wanted to take out the bullet, but she knew she had to wait a little longer.

 

"Nice to meet ya, Alyssia." Elsie took one little glance behind her, seeing that Alyssia was hurt. "We'll have to take care of that when we get to the base..." Then she looked over at Seth. "What about you, buddy? You got a name too?" Elsie then grinned to show she was just curious and looked back ahead, seeing that they caught up to the other two. She waved to them and trotted over to them. "Hey you two! I'd thought I find you here." She stopped in front of them and looked them over. Both of them were hurt, but the girl seemed a bit more out of it than the boy. She frowned slightly, but then smiled again.

"Making this short since we don't have a lot of time; Name's Elsie, I'm a rebel slash ally of your kind. Part of an organization called the Peaceful Warriors." Then Elsie smirked and lowered her voice to them while leaning towards the two. "Come with me if you vant to liiiiive." The girl chuckled and then stood up straight, becoming serious again. "No seriously, follow me. I have a place where you two can rest. They're coming with us." Elsie jabbed a thumb towards Seth and Alyssia, and then looked at the other two, searching their eyes to see if they trusted her or not.

Kendra just stared at Elsie, not sure what to think of her. She came out of the blue, and she had the other two people she saw earlier with her. Was it safe to trust her? 'Who frickin' cares...' Kendra held her arm and looked at Elsie while walking forward towards her to show that she was going to follow. She just wanted to get out of the rain, get her stupid arm fixed, and sleep. Kendra then looked over her shoulder, watching Scott to see what he would do.

 

"the name is Seth" Seth said as they ran. Once they caught up to the two, Seth stood there and watched to see if the two would follow or not. He crossed his arms as he watched well...she seems pretty weird Seth thought to himself referring to Elsie and sighed all this running is annoying Seth though

 

Alyssia simply stood quietly behind Elsie while she talked. She'd rather follow a girl who saved her than go on her own while she was tired, cold, soaking wet and injured. She used her free hand to cover the bullet wound she had on her arm. She pressed her hand tightly against it, trying to stop the blood flow. Seeing Elsie turn towards her and Seth, Alyssia nodded, showing her that she was willing to go with her. "I just have one question," Alyssia said, directing it towards Elsie. "Are there others just like you?"

 

Elsie sighed out quietly, looking at Scott. "Calm down, Sparky. If I was going to try anything, I would've done it moments ago." She then turned to Alyssia and shrugged her shoulders. "There's not very many of us at the moment... just only a handful. I wish there was more though, we could already making plans to attack the R.N.A Mutant Camp..." Elsie sighed out and then looked over her shoulder, trying to see through the darkness of the forest if anyone was already trying to follow them or not. "Come on, we have to move." She didn't like to have a large group at once, but it couldn't be helped. She didn't have any teammates at the moment to help her out. Elsie pushed through the bushes, looking behind her while gesturing for the others to follow her. "Hurry guys!" Elsie whispered quietly.

Kendra walked forward as soon as Elsie did. She didn't want to stick around in the same place for very long either... Even though she had an injured arm that was really bugging her. The tear gas was starting to clear up now.

Alyssia quietly sighed in relief, knowing there were more people like Elsie. Even if it's still just a handful, at least it's still something. Once Elsie started walking, Alyssia followed shortly afterward. She kept her eyes ahead of her, feeling the presence of only those in the group. I guess nobody else is around. She briefly looked at her wound and frowned. Ignore it for now.

 

Stephan started, and swung himself around to the other side of the tree for some cover. He winced; his arm was starting to hurt really badly, but if he let go...he chuckled. If I fall, then I'm done for, he thought, then winced. He didn't have too much farther to go...maybe he could hold on that long...

 

OOC: Do you guys mind if I do a very small time skip to where they arrive at the Peaceful Warrior's base? Or do you guys want more trouble? XDX And Flamedancer, when are you planning to bring in your Peaceful Warrior character?
