First Fall of Crimson Snow

OOC: Rita jumped out of the hideout to check wat was going on, Eliza is still with Sinder i think.

 

OOC: So I guess you guys can try to talk to Sinder and the new guy that she brought back. She just had a nightmare and stuff... >> So yeah.

 

OOC: OKayz, Thnx

BIC: Rita sighed, it had all happened so quickly. She turned and headed back to Sinder's hideout, Images flashed through her head at every step, she was so wrapped up in these images that she didn't even bother to transform, instead she climbed the tree the old fashined way.

 

Eliza was still in Sinder's hideout, forgotten about. She was scared and bored, she didn't know what to do. They had just left her alone. She had turned invisible and sat down on the floor, her arms wrapped around her legs. Hoping somebody would remember and return for her.

 

Rita made it to the entrance, She climbed in and blindly walked about. Pondering over recent events. She didn't notice anyone else in the room, a good thing perhaps.

 

Eliza was suddenly wide awake as she heard someone come in, she frowned and got up, still invisible. She slowly walked over to see the person who had come in and she smiled when she saw it was the girl who talked to her before. "Rita?" She said, forgetting she was invisible.

 

Rita jumped when she heard the voice. "E-Eliza....is that you?" She stammered, Wary of someone close to her.

 

Eliza smiled, unaware she was still invisible, "Yeah. You came back"

 

Rita nodded. "Where are you?" She began feeling the area around her. "I can't see you." She sighed.

 

Eliza frowned, "What?" She looked at her hand or where her hand should be, "Oh" She became visible again. "Sorry about that"

 

Rita grinned. "It's fine". She walked around a bit. "Anything...troublesum happen up here?"

 

Eliza shook her head, "I have no idea. I got left here alone, I didn't know what to do. I've not seen the others."

 

Kendra followed Scott with her eyes when he stood up, wondering what he was doing exactly. "I feel better, but I'm still kind of tired..." And that was not a complete lie. Kendra fingered at her bandage, looking down at the small dot of crimson that was seeping through the white. She didn't want to move a lot, because her arm bothered her. Kendra looked up at Scott, curious to know why he asked that question.

 

"You have a point there," Alyssia commented before drinking the rest of the water that was in her cup. She placed the empty cup on the cot and clutched the blanket she had over her shoulders. She was still cold, just not as cold as earlier. Her wound on her arm was still hurting, but she didn't bother picking at it since it was now taken care of. "When do you want us to start on this...training?" she asked Elsie.

 

"I am thankful," Kendra said quietly. "And I'm thankful you were there to help me when I was in trouble." Then as an after thought, "Guess I do attract a lot of bad luck..." What Kendra meant was not only the time when she ran into trouble with Clay, but also several years ago before she was born. Kendra slowly looked up at one of her wings which folded inward so she could look at it. Angel. Demon. Miracle. Curse. She was called all those names and even more when people laid eyes on the wings. She didn't see any other kids like her have something so outplace. Maybe it was just the change of eye color or hair... but Kendra was half bird. 'Sometimes I wish I didn't have these...'

"As soon as you guys can," Elsie simply said. "The sooner, the better. But I don't want you guys to push yourself if you're not up to it." Elsie then stood up and walked over to the bucket again. There were several clean cups along side of each other near the bucket, so she took one and scooped up water. She then walked over to where Kendra was, set down the cup on the small table that was by her bed, and then walked back over to the cot she was sitting on and plopped back down. She tried not to stare at Kendra's wings. They were facinating... But Elsie figured that staring would make the girl uncomfortable. Elsie then sighed and put her hands on her legs. "Why don't you guys get some rest, and we'll see how you all feel in the morning. Hm?"

 

Seth sighed as he nodded, he really need some rest from all the running. Training himself now wouldn't do any good. He was about to lay down to rest, but immediately stopped when he heard the door knob turning. oh yeah I forgot. There are other peace warriors here Seth thought to himself

Turning the knob of the door and opening it was a 35 year old man named Drake, he walked in with his right eye closed. His left eye was missing but his hair covered it so it didn't look like he did. "Hey Elsie I.....what the hell?" Drake said opening his eye and stopped in mid sentence the moment he saw the unknown faces

 

Elsie suddenly stood to attention as soon as the door opened. When she turned around to see who it was, she breathed out in a sigh of relief. "Oh... hey Drake! Whoops, I forgot to report to you that we have new peoples..." Elsie chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of her head. "These are kids from the Camp. That's Scott, Alyssia, Kendra, and Seth. Scott and Alyssia had bullet wounds, but they're fine now. And Kendra had... some kind of wound, but I fixed it!" Elsie grinned with pride, then she settled down a bit. "I think that's all so far..."

 

Drake sighed as he walked up to Elsie and put his hand on top of her head and looked at her "I came back here to report that some kids escaped from the camp, but then I find out that you were not here. I go out searching for you and these kids and now I come back and find out that you and the kids were here all along" Drake said with an annoyed look on his face
