First Fall of Crimson Snow

Rowan gently sat Seth on the ground and then backed up. She figured she shouldn't be near him if he was going to have a power explosion episode. "Just... aim away from the cabin, okay?" She stepped back inside and closed the door gently behind her. She sighed out and then figured that she should start preparing dinner since Kendra was out of the picture. There was no time to dilly dally for her around here. Rowan walked back down the hallway and went into the kitchen only to find Alyssia sitting there with her eyes covered. She heard what the girl said and smiled a bit. "Don't we all?" Rowan then walked over to where preparing dinner was abadoned earlier, and just begain to resume the work. She figured Kendra decided to make Spam stew, so Spam stew is what they were going to get. "How's the stomach?" Rowan asked quietly.


"Hm?" Kendra couldn't help but to smile a bit from hearing what Scott had to say. She finally matched the voice in her head, so she wasn't the complete zombie as she was when she first woke up. "I'm just returning the favor. I guess me and you will continue to repay each other every time we try to save each other... But I wasn't much of a help this time around, huh?" Kendra stopped talking, because her voice was sounding weird to her. She heard her voice go silent when she said a few words, but they were still understandable. Kendra cleared her throat, trying to aid her vocal chords to gain their bearings again. Feeling this sluggish was starting to make her a bit frustrated. She ventured to open her eyes again, seeing that the swirling had died down a bit. Now everything was just a bit blurry, and her mind was somewhat out of it, but she was improving. It was like waking up after a long surgery, or just getting off of laughing gas almost.

 

Drake continued to stitch her wound. One thing he was glad about was the fact that he was able to look at wound without getting sick. "and...we are...done" Drake said as he finally finished with the stitching

The moment they got out Seth put both his palm. His hands began to glow even brighter as a ball of energy formed infront of his palms, his crimson eyes becomming more cat like and teeth started to become sharp. "I have to get rid of the energy" Seth yelled as the ball of energy was shot out at a beam of energy and hit a couple of trees

 

"Thank you," Elsie said softly, bringing her arm in front of her to have a look at it. The stitches were a bit crude, but it was better than probably what she could do. Her arm still felt sore and it was hard to flex her fingers. They almost felt stiff, but she knew that her arm wasn't broken. The muscles and the tendens were just pulled a little too much. She scooted off the bed and quietly walked over to the cabnet at the end of the room, and opened the door. She rumaged around until she found a tube of clear paste. When she opened it, a fresh scent of mint and other herbs mingled in the air. This would help her muscles relax a bit. Not bothering to sit back down, she squeezed the tube until the paste eased out of it and touched her skin. Holding the tube under her arm, she started to rub it on her arm very gently, careful not to get it near the stitches. She didn't bother to say much to Drake. She really didn't have much to say in the first place.

Hearing an explosion outside, Elsie looked over to the window. A few trees were blasted at from an unscene source... but she almost recognized the power. She went up to the window and had a look outside. "Is that... Seth?"


Kendra's eyes shifted to where Scott's hand rested on her shoulder. He was trying to flirt with her? She couldn't help but to half-smile at Scott as she looked at him. "Elsie's right, you are a sexist freak." Kendra smiled a bit more to show that she didn't mean any harm with the joke, and then closed her eyes again. She was almost fully aware.

 

Seth stood outside panting as his arms as he lowered his arms and began to pant even harder, his eyes and teeth returning back to normal. "damn it" Seth said as he suddenly covered his mouth with both hands as blood was coughed out. "I'm feeling...dizzy" Seth muttered as he fell to the ground
