Tell that to my past self, it was more like 1/3 of the time I did it I lost XD
And hey, RPGs take skill too, just a different type of skill. When you think about it, every game genre requires some type of skill, it's just that they each maybe require you to use something different

Well RPGs are more like "Level up your characters until they become overpowered", but yeah I see your point. Some bosses do require a certain type of strategy. Most games these day have a sort of level up feature anyway though.

You're telling me. Even Ghost Recon that I played with a friend when he brought it over had levels...which I never understood. I mean, I get them giving you better guns the more you play...but it just seemed so weird to me

Call of Duty should have been at #1. They literally release the same damn game over and over again with barely "improved" mechanics and graphics, and a different environment (read: a different city, desert, mountainous region, etc.) Not to mention Black Ops poorly ripped-off Fight Club's plot-twist. The series needs to die, now.

So glad to see Dynasty Warriors and DBZ on their. DBZ stopped being good after Budokai 3, easily the best DBZ game ever. Its sad to see that they just can't get it right when it would be so easy to do.

I only agree about Kingdom Hearts when it comes to constantly recycling the same environments and character models from the first and second game (mainly the first). Not to say 358/2 Days and Chain of Memories weren't ok; just that I'm sick of going to Agrabah and Atlantica for the millionth time.

And they complain about kids cosplaying as Sora? Have they seen how many people still cosplay as Cloud and Sephiroth? And how old is their game?

    I do enjoy ScrewAttack though.

(and do not confuse button-mashing with being good at fighting games. Try that on me in Soulcalibur, Dead or Alive, Marvel VS Capcom 3, or Mortal Kombat, and you'll end up down and out)

I agree with Angry Birds. I mean it's addicting and fun, but after about four games (and a BUNCH of merchandise), you reach a point where enough is enough.

Kingdom Hearts has a load of filler games, but I don't think it should completely die out. All in all, Kingdom Hearts is a really good game.

What about the Naruto games? I've seen a bunch of those, surprised no one has mentioned them (that I know of).

As much as I don't like Naruto, the Ultimate Ninja Storm games are genuinely good.

    Agreed to the nth degree.

I am going to refrain from railing on you this time and just say this:

If you do not care, then do not say so. It doesn't make sense to make the effort to say it if you do not care what they think.

    Exhibit A:

    Exhibit B:

Technically you did not say that the genre sucked, but you gave strong impressions that you thought so, and you showed how ignorant you were when you compared DBZ Budokai to a Street Fighter game. That comes off as great disrespect to anyone who knows the genre, whether they are a big fan or not.

I definitely agree with you about angry birds. Four games and ridiculous amounts of merchandise......>.<

Same with Kingdom Hearts. Yeah there are a few filler games, but no it shouldn't completely die out.

CoD.....I will play it every once in a while, but overall, I am not really fascinated with it.

Really, I'll have to try them... I've just seen a bunch over the years and I can't help but think they'd just get tiring after awhile.

No I think they're going in the wrong direction with Kingdom Hearts. I would play Kingdom Hearts 3 if it came out, but I'm kind of sick of buying separate systems for side sequels. I love the games, but js.

I'm even excited for DDD, but I understand their feels

Also I agree with Final Fantasy. It's just going to go on forever. I didn't like 13 either. KILLME

Agreed. When my son asks for CoD I'm giving him a fishing pole.

This too. It stopped being genuinely great after 3, and stopped being good in general after 4. Now its just a bunch of wannabe horror games with the title "Silent Hill" slapped on for no good reason :\

Kingdom Hearts has an actual story. Angry birds does not.

Hard to follow that story when it's on 5 different systems. >_>
And of course Angry Birds has a story! Didn't you watch action packed cutscenes and listen to the rich dialog?
