He sat next to her and said "Yeah. I don't even think your dad was that good on his first try, and he had a curse mark."

 

She rolled her head on the tree stump to look at him. "Actually... this is my fifth time trying it out." Kammi's usual smile slowly made its way back to her face. "It was a lot harder then I thought it would be."

 

"Still, you were awesome." he said, smiling back at her. "I was thinking of asking you to train with me and then take you out to dinner, but I'm guessing you're too tired to train, huh?"

 

She reluctantly nodded her head. "I'm low on chakra right now... plus, I'm going to be training with my sister tomorrow. One on one..." Kammi sighed out slowly.

 

"Sounds like fun." he said, sarcastically. "How about I just treat you to dinner then?"

 

Kammi smiled a little. "Okay... dinner sounds good. Let me rest up a bit longer so I don't walk like a zombie." She chuckled.

 

"Alright." he said, smiling. He leaned back a little and rested his head on the stump.

 

Kammi was back to her regular mood. Chidori really helped her relieved all her stress in one hit. She looked up at the trees. "So... how do you feel about the Chuuin exams?"

 

"Piece of cake!" he said, smiling.

 

Kammi laughed a little. "And the sound of the Forest of Death doesn't scare you one bit?" She looked at Hiruto.

 

"Nah, my dad said he got through it no problem, except the whole Orochimaru thing." he said.

 

Kammi knew Orochimaru's name all too well. "That guy," she said quietly. "Hopefully there won't be another guy like him and we can have smooth road in the exam." She slowly supported herself so she wasn't leaning against the tree anymore and stood up.

 

"Yeah." he said, getting up as well. "You ready to go?"

 

She nodded her head. "Just to warn you, I might suddenly fall over." She flashed a grin and started to walk forward, taking one step at a time. "Should the user attempt to go beyond their limit, all of their chakra will be drained and their very life force could go along with it, killing them." Her father's exact words. Kammi was surprised she was actually brave enough to try it out... or stupid. But, she lived through doing it the first time, so it didn't matter now.

 

"Then I'll be sure to catch you." he said, smiling. "Where do you want to go?"

 

Kammi laughed. "I thought you had a place picked out, since you're the one who asked me if I wanted to have dinner with you." She gave him a playful, weak punch. "I'm just teasing you. Where do you want to go?"

 

"Well, you know what I like." he said, smiling. "I just wasn't sure if you wanted something else."

 

"Tradition is a'okay with me!" she stated happily. "Let's go."

 

"Alright." he said, leading her to Ichiraku Ramen.

BIC: Raikotsu went to the mission by himself. He thinks of what the mission was and then starts jumping on trees finding the bridge he was supposed to guard.
