Rukia smirked to herself. "Is it because you know that I'm right, because you don't want to fail again, or because you're scared that you're listening to me?"

 

So many...sharingans, how did they perfect mine..., Kazuki was daydreaming about how they even managed to clone his fathers sharingan.

 

"I know you're right." Hinto said. "I trust you as a teammate, and a friend."

"Let's get to the gate." Hiruto said.

 

Kammi turned and headed over to the gate without another word. She bit her lower lip a little. I didn't even had time to train... gah I feel like an idiot....

 

Kazuki followed still day dreaming.

 

"Don't you dare get mushy on me," Rukia muttered. "Just follow my directions and don't mess up. I don't want to have to drag either of you to the center."

 

Hiruto saw her biting her lip and asked. "Something upsetting you?" They soon reached the gate.

"I'm sorry. Didn't think friendship was mushy. But don't worry, I'm stronger than I was last time." he said. "We did it once, we can do it again."

 

"W-what? No, no, course not!" She gave a nervous chuckle. "Just thinking... that's all."

 

"About what?" Hiruto asked.

 

Rukia let lose an exasperated sigh. "That better be true. These are stronger competitors than last time. As long as no one knows how to counter my genjutsu, we'll be fine."

 

"If they do, then there's always my Genjustu. I've perfected the Demonic illusion: Tree bind death and Feather Illusion Justu's." Hinto said.

 

"Just... uh... how we're going to get the other scroll!" She chuckled.

 

"We take it", Kazuki said with his full attention on the exam now.

 

"I say we find a team. I'll surround them with shadow clones and you two go in with some fireballs. We grab the scroll in the chaos." he said.

 

"Thats an idea, but if that fails i'll have a back up prepared", Kazuki said pointing to his covered sharingan eye.

 

"Alright." Hiruto said.

 

Rukia grit her teeth, hating the idea of needing help. "That's only if I can't handle it."

 

"Which I'm sure you can." Hinto said, sensing her frustration. He sighed. She should really learn to rely on her teammates and not just herself. he thought.

 

Rukia placed the scroll in her shurriken poutch. "One more thing: we're staying away from my sister's team. I'm not going to interfere with her. Either pass or fail, it will be without my influence."

 

Kammi walked along side her two teammates. "Sounds good to me...."
