Drake walked with Guilmon but then stopped when he noticed Guilmon stop walking. "whats wrong? we are almost there" Drake said

"something smells weird up ahead." Guilmon said as he suddenly became ferocious and was ready to attack if the two figures ahead of them were enemies.

Noticing Guilmon's reaction, Drake braced himself but noticed a human with a lion type digimon up ahead and calmed down

 

After a moment of staring at the two strangers Taka walked close enough to talk. Noticing that he was a few years older by appearance Taka took it upon himself to start the conversation, "You wouldn't know where we are would you?", he asked, getting straight to the point. Of course he was referring to the forest from the Digimon with the two humans it was clear they where in the Digiverse.

Liollmon walked over to Taka and stood just behind him, watching Guilmon. Having run into virus types before he didn't have a good opinion on them, though usually they where more threatening in appearance and feeling. He didn't feel threatened by Guilmon but was still very defensive towards him as was his nature.

 

Drake looked up at the man "I have no clue" Drake said and crossed his arms "I myself just awoke here" Drake said wondering himself where they are

Guilmon calmed down and noticed Liollmon stading behind the human standing before him. He looked at Liollmon strangely wondering why he was so distant

 

Taka pondered for a moment. "It appears we both have had a similar arrival", he replied before he started to walk in the direction the device pointed to now. "Excuse my question", he said as an odd farewell as he continued ahead. He was clearly a very strange man.

Following Taka he kept his eyes on the Guilmon for as he passed and then looked ahead to Taka and jogged in a way to catch up to his pace. Wouldn't it of been better for us to of stayed with another human and Digimon? he thought not understanding Taka's choice to move along so quickly.

 

Commandramon hopped back, holding his rifle in both hands, and eyed the two newcomers. He didn't bother introducing himself, but he did silently wonder how if they could dodge his bullets. He quickly dismissed the thought and wondered if they dance to his bullets like Wyatt did. The thought of that made him snicker quite loudly.

"I'm...Wyatt, Wyatt Ronalds," Wyatt answered Yuri before looking back at Commandramon and raising an eyebrow at the Digimon's expression. "This...is...Commandramon, apparently." Right after he said it, Commandramon stopped snickering and looked at him, the area around his eyes turning a dark blue which spread across his face and to the rest of his body. Before he could say anything, Wyatt turned back to the other guy and raised his hand to the back of his head, shrugging. "And to answer your question, Yuri, I have no idea whatsoever, man."

"So..Kyo?" Samuel asked the tiny floating snake as they moved through the forest.

Kyokyomon ducked under a branch and rose over another one. Samuel was moving pretty quickly through the trees and Kyokyomon had trouble keeping up. "Not Kyo! Kyokyomon!" He chirped loudly.

Jumping over a log, Samuel stopped for a second and turned his head to look at the little serpent who caught up and rested on his shoulder once again. "That's a mouthfull. I'm calling you Kyo for short," Samuel stated. He didn't ask for permission, but the Digimon didn't seem to care. Normally, Samuel didn't mind how he acted towards others. If he wanted to do or say something, he would, but when the Digimon rubbed its face against his cheek, he immediately felt a bit bossy at his simple statement and said, "Er, call me Sam, for short."

"Yes, Master Sam!" Purred Kyokyomon.

Liking the way that sounds, Samuel kept walking with Kyokyomon on his shoulder. The map didn't lead them on a path, so they had to travel through the untamed wilderness.

 

"umm....ok?" Drake said as him and Guilmon watched Taka and Liollmon leave. The both watched for a little moment and then looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders

"So should we follow them?" Guilmon asked Seth as he looked back at Taka and Liollmon as they went on their own path

"nah I don't think so. That guy looks like the loner type, but I guess you cant judge a person by their first encounter" Drake said leaning against a tree as he looked over at the device he held in his hand "for now we will just let this device lead us on" Drake said

 

"Maybe the digivice will help us get on our way..." Paomon suggested, feeling rather drowsy from attempting to keep up with Roxxy, who wandered around the same parts of the forest over and over again, assuming that she was finally getting somewhere.

"Listen, Pao... I've got a good head on me... And is that what they call this thing?" She began, dangling the digivice loosely between two fingers, before deciding to see what it does. After a few minutes of checking what the digivice did, she muttered disappointedly, "Well... its no TomTom, I'll give you that.."

''It'll help us find the others... There'll be a sign, just follow the signal. And its a digivice, not a thing." Pao mumbled, getting slightly annoyed at her human friend.

"Err...Yeah. Ok... Hey, I think I'm getting a signal!! Quite a couple of dots nearby too..." Roxxy said cautiously, not sure whether to feel relieved to know that there might be others out there or nervous.

 

Yuri listened to the male called Wyatt Reynolds and what he said, it was no honest surprise that he didn't know where they were either as Yuri placed his hands on his hips. "Ah well it was worth a try, but it does seem that humans are a rarity around these parts." Yuri said as he sighed a bit.

"Well, you are the first human I seen Yuri, apart from Humanoid Digimon." Agumon said reassuringly as Yuri placed his arms down by his sides."Well, thanks Agumon." Yuri said as Agumon eyed Commandramon warily, keeping on guard.

"I just followed this thing." Yuri said as he shown his Digivice with the map as two dots was very close to each other, signifying it was himself and Wyatt no doubt as Yuri continued. "Perhaps the other dots are people just like us and maybe they hold the answers." Yuri suggested to Wyatt.

"It is better to stay together as a group for now, we don't know what there is in this world and as one person said to another, the more the merrier." Yuri thought to himself as he waited for Wyatt's reply.

 

"Where? Where? Where?'' it yelled excitedly, bouncing onto Roxxy's arms so it could see for itself.

"Perhaps in a few minutes we'd get to find whoever (or whatever) are those dots... We've gotta be careful ok? Things are only going to get weirder if we let it happen." she mumbled, holding Paomon close to her whilst walking to the direction of where the dots would be on the digivice.

After a long, awkward pause, Paomon whispered softly,''Don't worry, I can take care of you.''

"Ok... No offence to you Pao, but... You're tiny. If one of those big digi-monsters attack you, you'd be squished flat in seconds. Our only plan at the moment is staying in the shadows. Out of trouble, out of sight." Roxxy

''I knew you'd say that... But I'm stronger than I look. Seriously. You'll see for yourself soon enough,'' it yelled, feeling rather annoyed that her chosen human is already doubting about the whole thing.

 

OCC: Sorry for being late but now that my internet seems to be back to normal. I should be able to participate more.

BIC:While searching for food in the forest, Veemon saw something fall from the sky and crash close to where he was. Feeling like the thing that fell from the sky was calling him, Veemon decided to go deeper into the forest and see what it is. When he finally arrived at the place where the thing had crashed, all he found was an unconscious boy who seemed to have been cushioned from the fall by a pile of leaves. Wondering who the boy was, Veemon asked himself, "Is he an angel? I mean he did fall from the sky. Maybe he's a fallen angel. But where are his wings and what's up with the clothes that he is wearing? Not very angelic. I wonder if he's still alive. I mean he did take a pretty big fall. Maybe I should try waking him up." Veemon started to windmill his arms. After gaining enough force, he yelled, "VEE PUNCH!" and hit the boy in the stomach.

"OUCH!" yelled Gabriel. "What was that for?!"

"Oh my Seraphimon! You're still alive?!" exclaimed Veemon.

"Of course I'm still alive! I was obviously unconscious." said Gabriel.

"Oh! Sorry for doing that. I guess I don't know my own strength." said Veemon. "Also I need to ask you something. Are you an angel?"

Confused by the question, Gabriel gave Veemon a perplexed look.

"You fell from the sky. Aren't you an angel?" said Veemon

Finally understanding the question, Gabriel said, "Oh! No I'm not an angel. I'm a human from the planet Earth. I fell from the sky because the portal that sent me here just happened to drop me off in the sky. "

Now Veemon was the one with a confused look on his face. "Human? Earth? Portal?" he questioned. "Never heard of them. Are you playing a prank on me or something?"

"No, I'm not messing around with you. I guess you're too young to know that the Digital World and my world live parallel to each other." said Gabriel. "I haven't introduced myself yet. I'm Gabriel Strait but you can just call me Gabe."

"I'm Veemon. Nice to meet you."

Getting himself off the ground, Gabriel took in a big breath and breathed out. Noticing his new surroundings, he was filled with a sudden and overpowering wonder. "So this is the Digital World. It's a pretty amazing place." he said to himself. "To be honest with you Veemon, I have no clue why I'm here. All I know is that after I got that text message asking me to come to your world, the Digital World, I ran to that portal as fast as I could and I have no regrets about coming here. Anything beats the normality of my life back at my home. Even if my first official greeting was a punch to the stomach."

"Hey!" exclaimed Veemon. "I said I was sorry."

"It's okay. Like I said 'I have no regrets.'" said Gabriel. After that, Gabriel heard a beeping sound. Wondering what it was, he found out that the sound was coming from his pocket. He finally realized that the beeping was coming from his cell phone that he forgot was in his pocket. "Oh. It looks like I have a new text message." Examining the message, he figured out that he was sent a map and that he was suppose to go to the specified location. Not knowing where he was suppose to go since he was new to the Digital World, he showed Veemon the map and asked, "Do you happen to know where this is?"

Veemon looked at the map and after a while he pointed towards the east and said, "That should be the direction that you should be heading towards. It's not too far away from here as well. Want me to take you there? I know this territory like the back of my hand."

"It would be very awesome if you did take me over there." said Gabriel. And both him and Veemon started walking eastward.

OOC: I decided that Veemon would not know that he gained the power of a Knight until later in the RP.

 

OOC: That's fine, I'd prefer that most of them don't realize that yet.

BIC:

Commandramon cocked his head towards Wyatt, still holding his rifle tight, but now with a more serious expression. Wyatt was the first human he's seen as well. But he didn't seem like much. For one thing, he smelled strange. For another, he didn't seem like much of a fighter. Was this really his partner?

"That's not a bad idea," Wyatt answered Yuri. He wasn't sure what to think of the guy, but both of them seemed lost. Might as well be lost together, right? He looked down at his "phone" and saw there was another arrow, this one pointing behind him deeper into the forest. In the distance, he heard a faint roar. Probably a wild Digimon. Right then, Wyatt realized the predictiment he was in. Even with all the news surrounding the Digiverse lately, or with the occasional wild Digimon escaping into the Real World, he never stopped to think about the actual danger of being here. All of a sudden, Yuri's and Agumon's company seemed like an even better idea. Still holding his phone in front of him, he looked at Commandramon, more specifically at his rifle. His company definitely seemed like a better idea as well.

"What are you looking at, smelly?" Commandramon demanded he flared his nostrils.

Wyatt snapped his head up to the Digimon's face. "Oh..sorry," he apologized, sheeply. He still wasn't sure what this partner business was, but if they were stuck together, they were stuck together. If only Commandramon wasn't such a hardass, though... He thought as he looked back at Yuri. "Yeah, I'm with you. According to this," he held up what had previously been his phone in one hand, and pointed into the forest with the other, "We should go that way."

"But-" Commandramon started to protest. He didn't want to travel with anyone else. Who said Yuri and Agumon were alright by him? Even Wyatt wasn't alright by him, but he was stuck with him. He closed his mouth and propped his rifle on his back and turned around. But maybe this was a good idea. If a Digimon attacked them, and he couldn't handle it, he could use a couple of decoys. "Fine, let's go already."

Wyatt was starting to get annoyed with Commandramon. He considered traveling with just Yuri and Agumon, but the fact that Commandramon knew his name and referred to him as "partner" still confused him. Not to mention the connection he felt. He just let out a sigh and looked at his new companions. "Shall we?"

"Do you know where we're going, Master Sam?" Purred Kyokyomon on Samuel's shoulder. For a human, Master Sam sure moves quick! He thought to himself. He didn't think humans were too fit. Then again, he hasn't been alive long enough to meet any other humans, or even to hear much about them. But he had picked up some rumours.

Samuel let out a grunt before simply saying, "No idea." He climbed over another log and silently cursed the tiny device in his pocket. Maybe he shouldn't have followed it in a straight line and followed a path instead. He let out a sigh and turned around, walking back to the log and sat down on it. He pulled out the device from his pocket and muttered, "I don't know where this Digivice is leading us."

"Digivice?" Kyokyomon questioned, jumping off his shoulder and floating around. "Is that what it is? How do you know?"

Samuel looked up and gave the tiny serpent half a smile. "It occured to me while we were walking. I remember reading about a bunch of kids who came here before ages ago. They all had something like this, but it looked different," He looked at the one in his hand. "I've seen pictures of theirs on the internet. They had some crazy stories," He told the little serpent. He was always interested in the Digiverse, but he hadn't read about the kids who discovered it in so long. He wasn't interested in them anymore as much as he was when it first happened. Now, he was mostly interested in the Digiverse itself, especially after what's been happening in the last month. Realizing Kyokyomon could have an answer or two, he suddenly jumped up and asked him anxiously, "Wait, Kyo, do you kno-" before being interrupted by a voice.

At that instant, Kyokyomon let out a strange sound that sounded something in between of a hiss and a whimper and moved in front of Samuel, intent on protecting him, but his partner simply stepped around and him and slowly moved towards the sound. It was coming past an incredibly large and purple bush. "Wait, Master Sam! It could be dangerous!" Yelled out Kyokyomon, speeding behind him.

Ignoring the warning and not slowing down, Samuel confidently pushed through the bush and found the source of the voices. It wasn't Digimon, like he expected. Well, it was one of them. A large blue reptile on its hindlegs with light orange horns and small wings of the same color. But the other was a human. He looks a little eccentric was the only thought Samuel had about the guy. "Hello?" He called out. The Digimon definitely looked like it could be a threat, compared to Kyokyomon that is, but the boy? Not so much.

Kyokyomon latched to his spot on Samuel's shoulder and narrowed his eyes ahead. A Dracomon? He wasn't sure if he stood a chance against a Dracomon, but he wasn't letting his master get into any harm.

OOC: I gotta stop making such long posts

 

Yuri listened to Wyatt as he placed his hands on his sides and their acceptance of him and Agumon joining the group as Wyatt decided on a direction and waited for their response. "It's better than waiting here." Yuri thought to himself and spoke.

"Let's go then." he said as he walked in the direction that Wyatt suggested alongside him while Agumon walked behidn the two boys.

Agumon nodded in response as he stayed on guard and looked at his partner, he did find Yuri's suggestion of forming a group the best course of action since there were wild Digmon roaming around and also, Yuri and the boy named Wyatt were foigren to the Digital World and had absolutely no clue to the landscape.

"Yuri's my partner now...he doesn't look strong at all." Agumon thought to himself, a real human looked like they were still In-Training or Fresh level but Agumon didn't judge his partner by his partner by appearances, being a Drifter Digimon, he had heard various stories that reached his ears.

Hearing some noises come from some nearby bushes Leon stopped in his tracks. Instead of turning to face whatever may be in the bushes he stood their trying to hear what was there without any movements in case they where hostile.

Dracomon looked at his partner in an odd way, "You know I could fight any Digimon that attack us?", he reminded.

"I know", Leon said in a 'cool' tone. As he slowly turned to see what was coming through the bush as did his Digimon. A human and a little Digimon? he asked himself in his mind, consciously preventing himself from thinking aloud.

Similar to Leon, Dracomon had turned to face the bush, but more directly. He was staring face to face with Kyokyomon. Dracomon was certainly aggressive looking, his natural appearance made him look vicious but in reality this Dracomon was somewhat easily distractable. He simply watched the Kyokyomon as he knew it wouldn't be a threat, especially if the human was like Leon. A lost one.

Suddenly, Leon turned to face the strangers. "Yo", he called out to the human and Digimon on his shoulder, "Don't tell me your lost in these woods as well?". He seemed naive as he was instantly friendly from the sight of a human.

Now walking alongside Taka, Liollmon felt the need to press some questions. "Hey, Taka? Why didn't you bring the human and Guilmon with us?", he asked while his voice gave away his thoughts. He was trying to understand why a weak creature like a human wouldn't want to travel in a group.

"From the look of the boy I don't think he was from the same place as me, I don't know anything about these portals but I can assume they don't appear in the same place here, just like Earth", Taka explained. His voice seemed to become lighter, more human in a way. There was a sense of familiarality between the human and his partner.

Liollmon remained silent for a moment, "...That does make some sense, but we don't know where these portals are, wouldn't it be better to stick in a group, I won't be able to hold my own against every Digimon", he said his pride in his voice not changing, he knew his strengths and weaknesses which made him more courageous.

"True...", Taka replied as he began to ponder. "Although, if my guess was correct, the markers on this map aren't portals out of here but a map to other things, my guess would be other humans like that last marker, though I have a suspicion that there may be more than just people marked on this map". Taka theorised what the device was leading him too as he realised he wouldn't be leaving here for a while.

 

Commandramon led the way into the forest, even though he wasn't looking at a map. The area around his nostrils kept changing colors, not just the usual hues of blue, but completely random colors as he sniffed the area.

Trading glances between the device in his hand and Commandramon moving, Wyatt kept going over the day's events in his head. He had never heard of a Digiportal actually sucking someone in, or a Digimon automatically knowing someone's name. Not to mention the Digiverse transforming cell phones. As they strayed off the path, he felt a twig scrape his bare foot. "Damn it," he muttered as he placed the device in his pocket and grabbed his shoes from his neck. Noticing Commandramon didn't slow down, he called out, "Wait up, C!" and clumsily put his shoes on without stopping, tucking the laces in in place of tying them.

"See? See what?" Commandramon called back, reaching for his rifle. Did Wyatt see something dangerous?

"Huh? No, not see, C. The letter," Wyatt told the soldier dramon. "You know, short for Commandramon?"

He received a blank stare in return and then a huff, "You mean you humans are so lazy, you won't even say someone's full name?" Commandramon was in disbelief. "You guys are just pitiful." He turned around and kept walking, leaving Wyatt dumb-faced.

"No, man, I mean-never mind," Wyatt gave up. Commandramon was indeed a hardass, and there was no changing it. He looked back at Yuri and shrugged before following his Digimon again. It was then that he noticed something off about Commandramon's soldier uniform. The legs and gauntlets weren't part of the uniform, they were attached to the rest of his body. Wait, he's a cyborg Digimon? He thought in disbelief. He had assumed it was just some kind of mercenary Agumon. While he contemplated this, he heard another roar in the distance.

Commandramon's ears twitched, but he didn't look up. "Am I going the right way?" He demanded to know.

"Huh?" Wyatt reached in his pocket and pulled out his phone. The arrow pointed up. "Uh, yeah, we are," He answered. Finally, his curiosity getting the best of him, he asked the question that should have been asked a long time ago, "Yo, C-uh Commandramon, what's been going on here lately?"

Commandramon stopped, turned his head, and looked straight into Wyatt's eyes, giving him a simple answer, "War." He let out a small growl and turned around, resuming his path.

Wyatt raised both his eyebrows and turned around, looking at Yuri. "War?" He mouthed.

Kyokyomon stared back at Dracomon, floating in mid-air. Within a few seconds, he started rotating in the air, his gaze still fixed on the Digimon.

Samuel nodded at Leon, "Yeah, we are. I'm Samuel. This is Kyokyomon." He walked around his tiny serpent and towards Leon. "Do you have any idea what's going on here?" He asked.

Kyokyomon snapped out of his gaze while he was upside down and flew towards Dracomon, stopping a few yards away, "Hi!" He yelled enthusiastically, but his eyes still had a trace of distrust. He had to figure out if Dracomon was a threat to Master Sam.

 

"I guess that can happen here as well, even though we never actually experienced it." Yuri said to Wyatt as he didn't seem worried at all as he placed his hands in his pockets.

"What he says is true, the Digimon have been waging war since the Royal Knights are no more, therefore, justice and order have fallen into discord, causing this event. " Agumon said as he walked behind the two boys.

"Royal Knights?" Yuri asked his partner just turning his head as Agumon nodded.

"The strongest Digmon in the Digiverse who keep the order of this world in check but one day, the Royal Knights vanished without a trace and they haven't been since." Agumon said solemnly.

 

Leon removed his hat, scratched his head in frustration then placed it back where it was. "Ah, damn. At least I'm not the only one who arrived here but I have no idea what's going on." he replied. "Oh, and you can call me Leon and this Digimon is Dracomon. He's my partner or something along those lines".

Keeping an eye on the little Digimon, Dracomon took a glance at the human with him. Seeing how Leon saw no problem with the strangers he decided to follow suit when his name was said by waving a little.

OOC: xD Sorry for disappearing for the weekend, things got quite busy :l

Roxxy seemed to be pretty confused, as she stared right down onto the digivice screen.
''Hang on a moment... I think this thing could be faulty Pao...'' She began, not taking her eyes off the screen, ''It says that the dots---Well, whatever they are--- are rather close to us.''

''What does faulty mean, Roxxy?'' Pao replied, also seeming rather confused at what this human was saying.

''Its when something isn't working correctly... But this is odd. According to what I know, I have never heard such a thing as there being an error on a digivice... But I can't see anyone around. How is it possible?''

 

Drake continued to walk with Guilmon beside him as they headed to the dots that the device showed. "alright if we go straight we will reach our destination" Drake said

Guilmon nodded and looked up at Drake "say Drake why don't we have a little race" Guilmon said

"a race? Don't be ridiculous your a digimon. A human will have no chance against a human in a race" Drake said lazily

"oh come on it will be fun and we will probably reach where we are heading more faster. Also I'll slow down for you" Guilmon said

Drake stood there remaining quiet. He really didn't want to race against a digimon. After a while he sighed "alright fine have it your way" Drake said as he put his device in his pocket and got ready to run

Guilmon smiled "great now the finish line is that fallen log straight ahead" Guilmon said as he prepared himself for the race

Drake sighed once more. He just couldn't wait to get the race over with and find something interesting "alright ready...go" Drake said as both him and Guilmon both ran

Guilmon ran the moment Drake said go but kept to his word and slowed down a little bit for Seth. Both Seth and Guilmon were running side by side. Once they almost reached the log Guilmon smirked and started to run faster. He passed Seth and jumped over the huge log but to his surprise he landed right infront of a human and a Paomon

 

''Pao... I think we sho---'' Roxxy began, until she saw something hurtle towards her and Paomon, and despite the fact she didn't know whether it was going to be a threat to both her and Paomon... she screamed, ''RUN PAO RUN! I'll save you.''

Instead of following Roxxy's orders, Paomon jumped in front of her, and then replied, ''I won't leave you behind.''

 

Guilmon was surprised when he heard the human infront of him yelling in surpris "huh? wait no you have the wrong idea Im not going to hurt you" Guilmon said

"another human? and a pretty noisy one too" Drake said as he walked up to Guilmon and stood beside him
