Heavy, Non-Existent Heart

Saix wrapped his good arm around her and layed his head on her's. nobodies weren't supposed to feel this way... but he did.

 

"Thank you... for protecting me." Raiu buried her head in his shoulder as he held her, embracing him tight, but not too much to hurt him. They had both decided... they would stay together, forever.

 

Saix hugged a little tighter. he didn't care if Xemnas ever wanted him back. he loved it how Raiu would be the first thing he saw in the morning, and the last thing he saw at night.

 

Raiu held him a little tighter as well because she wanted to be with him. Then she looked at him with sad eyes. "What if someone comes for me again?"

 

Saix looked at her, dead serious. "i'll kill him before he can even ATTEMPT to lay a finger on you." the diviner planted another kiss on Raiu's lips.

 

"But you were hurt bad today. I had to step up and take my own actions." Raiu was clearly worried about him just as he was with her. She didn't want him hurt either.

 

"then we'll fight together." Saix said as he moved his hand from her back to his head.

 

"OK. We will and stand together. Do you think the rest of the guys like you will come after us?" Raiu said this a little worried. He had mentioned 12 others like him before.

 

"i doubt it. unless Xemnas orders them to." Saix said as he released Raiu from the hug. the diviner wondered if the others really would come after them. he would have to fight if they did.

 

"Well... you're now a traitor to your group so you can't go back. But you don't regret it do you? Neither do I." Raiu lied down, exhausted and hurt.

 

Saix shook his head. "no..... i don't regret it one bit." the diviner looked at himself. "i should get rid of my uniform..." he unzipped his coat, revealing hard, muscular arms, a black tank top, shorts, and large, muscular legs. he took the coat off, folded it, and layed it on a nearby table.

 

Raiu looked as he undressed, seeming to be unaffected by it. She knew he was strong. "You are no longer part of that group. Will you...be by my side, forever?"

 

Saix nodded. "i will.... i promise...." the diviner looked at her. to think... they met a couple days ago... now they're living together.

 

Raiu looked a little relieved but was still hurt. She would finally be at peace now hopefully. She became a little cold and she wanted Saix to hold her. So she asked him to. "Saix? It's very cold..."

 

Saix nodded and held Raiu close. he nuzzled her neck like a puppy would. the luna diviner closed his eyes.

 

Raiu suddenly felt comforted and warmed up but she didn't want him to let go. She closed her eyes and leaned her head against his chest, but heard no heartbeat. She felt sad for him but the warm feeling was good enough. "I feel so bad. I can't hear a heart..."

 

Saix sighed. "don't feel bad. i'm a nobody. it's normal. i'm used to it......." the diviner sighed. he wasn't used to it... after all these years..."

 

Raiu started to cry for him. This wasn't normal for her to be this way but she had finally found someone who understood her. "No one like you should have to suffer like this."

 

"no.... i'm okay.... you shouldn't have to suffer.... i can live like this. like i said.... i'm used to it..." Saix said.

 

"Are you sure you're fine just the way you are now? What about gaining the heart you always wanted?" Raiu continued to cry for him a little bit because she felt so bad for him.
