i think more than the same person over and over again needs to rep me, i get kinda creeped out when i'm repped 3 times (twice de-repped actually) by the same person one after the other

Yes, looking in your profile members should be able to see their rep, and who did, along with the thread they did it in, and, if they left a comment as to why rep or negrep was given, they can see that as well. I was just up until recently, a regular member and I could read mine still. So no, its not just a staff thing.
