What happened tonight was something out of everyone's control.

There was a thread in which a member who is allegedly one of my best friends announced himself to be Roxas. I asked him on MSN if it was true he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Both Ghetto and Trigger when asked on MSN if it was true said that it was. I also asked Cinnyboo but he never replied.

I locked the thread because members were freaking out on MSN and I wanted to stop the drama. Jube made a second thread about my decision, this led to members calling me corrupt. Since he was still pretending to be Roxas I put him onto ignore until another staff member would be able to help resolve the mess. Cin, Trigger and Ghetto then made their own threads. Still the only staff member online I put them all on ignore until someone else was around when we could discuss the best course of action. I put those three on ignore to stop the mess that was happening. Again I had members freaking out on MSN and PM, at the time it seemed like the best decision and it is one that I stand by.

Whilst on ignore several threads were made, including a few by various other members. Members started calling me corrupt and saying I'm a bad admin. After roughly an hour or so I took the members off ignore. That is when Trigger created his thread "CtR sucks" then there were explosions.

In retrospect, maybe it wasn't the wisest decision, but I stand by it, because at the time there wasn't a lot else I could do.

Its true the site is dull lately, people are getting irritable and agitated and drama always causes excitement. I'm not excusing what happened but I can understand it.

I am not naive enough to assume I am liked by everyone and I know that I am not, but that is life. if people wish to think of me as corrupt then so be it, I would have to disagree but it is their choice.

At the end of the day, I don't want appologies from people. I lost a few friends tonight, I lost a lot of respect tonight and I learnt a few things not only about myself but also the people I call "friend".

I am not mad and I am not sad. I think everyone learnt something tonight.
