Ruon, please stop trying to kill the Transformers by thinking the Michael Bay movies are the first as you do with the Resident Evil movies.

There is no all spark in the cartoon. That's the key to Vector Sigma which has completely different abilities.

 

The only "AllSpark" in the cartoons is from Beast Machines.
And it's the afterlife.
