"That's us girls for you, we have to look perfect. And even then we think we're fat." Lake giggled. "I have to say though it was worth the time, your sister looks amazing."

 

"Yeah,too good for him anyway....too good for any guy....they all look amazing....you do too"he grinned"me on the other hand,hasnt woren a suit like this since hmm...maybe when i was five or six..."he said"hate ties...."

 

"Aww look at you getting all defensive over her." Lake said cooingly as a faint blush shot across her pale face at the compliment. "Suits suit you, you look quite handsome." She smiled. "And do you think this dress is comfortable? It seriously digs in everywhere. And don't get me started on the heels, I hate shoes at the best of times but these just take the p*ss. Price of looking good though however." She giggled.

She grinned back then looked back out to the horizon she'd been gazing out at for so long before he'd arrived. "So, am I going to have to tie a muzzle on you to stop you yelling out 'I object!' or are you going to just let whatever will be be?" Lake asked after a moment, turning her head back around just in time for the wind to catch her hair and send it cascading down over her face once again. Quickly she tossed it back again so she didn't end up looking like Cousin It from the Adam's Family whilst speaking to him.

 

"nah....im just gonna let it be....she does seem really happy with him....even if he is a vampire...."he grinned slightly"ready to go in?"

 

"Just wear a nose plug should you go to visit that branch of the family." The female werewolf said jokingly. "And guess we better, I expect Maddie can't wait to finally get to say 'I do'."

 

"spot on."he grinned he took her hand"hold your breath."he added as they passed Antony's adoptive parents,who were still talking to maddie

 

"Doing so." She replied just loud enough for him to hear so as not to offend the vampires. Following him in much the same way as she had done the first time he'd lead her off by her hand when they'd met on the school train not so long ago.

 

once inside he took a deep breath"dunno how im gonna surrvie that when they visit....and when maddie's one....what am i gonna do?"he said shaking his head

"excited?"

dont be,you'll be fine.we'll see you inside."

 

"Maybe you'll adjust to it? Though I doubt it, it is quite a... pungent aroma." She said, pausing for a moment to think of a way to phrase it that was better then 'f*cking awful stench' "Try the nose plug idea? You never know, it's not like we can help our biological reactions so they can't really object too much. Least it's a way. There's a solution to everything if you just look hard enough."

"That's what she said." Casey said as he stuck his head around the door breifly, supposedly checking how many people were already inside. His head however quickly disappeared again followed by a dull thud and a pathetic yelp. "That hurt Mum!" He whined before disappearing off to tell whoever it was who had asked him to look.

"You're a little like him, not a whole lot but you are." Lake giggled. "You look more like him then you do act like him though."

 

"thank god."he sighed grinning

 

Lake giggled sweetly for a few moments longer. "Should we go find somewhere to sit?" She asked.

 

"yeah,front,middle,back?"he asked

 

"Up to you, I don't mind."

 

"middle? then it might not smell as bad."

"i'll see you inside ok casey? dont do anything stupid."Lyra said
