Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry: BaseSebastian edition

Gwyn made a quick reference to her supply list. Since the robe shop was just three shops down she decided to stop there first. Using her small size she was able to make it through the crowd in pretty good time. She stepped into the shop that smelled of fabric and ink. Madam Malkin was fitting another student so Gwyn browsed the robes until she found three her size and grabbed them. On her way to the front desk she also got her cloak, playing with the silver fastenings as Madam Malkin finished with the kid and came to Gwyn.Gwyn paid her and mumbled a thanks as she walked back out. Now she put folded her robes and cloak into the box and checked off robes/cloak on her list.

 

Eiko and Hermione started to walk together, spending time together. Hermione took Eiko on a shopping spare, having Eiko help with her supplies and other stuff. Eiko was having so much fun, til she heard the voice of her bodyguard call out to her. Sighing, Eiko said, "I must go. Thank you for a wonderful time." She walked away, wishing to find friends like Hermione.

 

Noticing a girl walk into the bustle and navigate it expertly, Pika_power's ears pricked up. Perhaps she could take him to Hogwarts! He watched her fold the clothes away in a box. Grinning, he took off on a run, and leaped headfirst towards the box! And smacked into the same Half giant as before. He frowned, and made to catch Pika_power, but the dazed pokemon did a super smash bros esque side roll, and this time jumped into the box from two feet away. Looking down at a nametag, he looked up and cheerfully greeted his escort, "Hey Gwyn, what's this year for you at Hogwarts?

 

Gwyn blinked once but composed herself quickly, all things considering, and held up the box with Pika in it at eye level. He was kinda cute for a pokemon and she smiled a little.

"This will be my third. And yours?"

 

Pika_power grinned back, pleased to have found someone who didn't try to drown him. Some humans could be very protective of their booze.

Pika_power replied enthusiastically, "My first! Anything important that I should know? Do we learn many lightening based spells? I have heard a bit about houses. What exactly are they? Can you take me to the Hogwarts Express? To be honest I have no idea how to ge there. I got here due to a mistied letter. I am not going into details, but I will tell you, it hurt."

 

Eiko walked through the streets, looking at the shops. She'd hoped to find someone who accepted her for her like Hermione did. Sighing, Eiko and Namina went to the ice cream shop and sat down. Namina ordered them what they wanted and waited for it to come, Eiko knew Namina wouldn't tell anyone about what she did, but Eiko wished she would.

 

Gwyn blinked again and took a moment to process all his questions. She tried to answer them the best that she could.

"Don't get on Peeve's bad side and watch out for Snape, also try to get your homework in on time or close to it. I haven't learned any yet but I'm sure that there are some and you might be able to get a teacher to show them to you. There are four houses: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and, Slytherin. They will be like your family until you leave Hogwarts. The sorting hat decides which house you will be in based on your character. Gryffindors are brave, Hufflepuffs are kind, Ravenclaws are smart, and Slytherins are cunning. I can take you ther but it doesn't leave until September 1st so you might as well stay here. I am sorry that your letter hurt. You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to."

Gwyn had tried to answer each in order and to the best of her knowledge. They had come to the book store and she stepped in with Pika to buy her required books.

 

Pika_power nodded. "I see. Hogwarts sounds interesting. Is Snape a cat?" He violently shook his head at her thinking his letter hurt. "No, no, no! My letter didn't hurt, (Although wrestling it off the owl did...) When I tied it to the noctowl's leg, oh, and a noctowl is a type of owl pokemon, I accidently got my own foot stuck, so it dragged me halfway across the country before I managed to untie that knot. The thing that hurt most was the fall. But that's all in the past! So, are many students pokemon? What house are you in?" Pika_power was enjoying talking, and was not about to shut up.

"I have no clue about how to get to the station, so is it okay if I hang around with you for a bit, until it leaves?"

 

Gwyn nodded as he corrected her. She waited for him to finish his second bought of questions before speaking again.

"No, Snape is a very mean teacher there. No one that I know is a pokemon but I'm sure it has happened before. I am in Ravenclaw. And I don't think I caught your name," she remembered.

Pika_power smilled. "Name's Pika_power. I like flashes of bright light, although apparently 800 Japanese kids didn't. Meh, g'night, wake me when something eventful happens, you wanna chat, or you feel like chucking me off a bridge."

With that, he curled up, and started snoring quitely, so much that it sounded like sighing.

 

Gwyn closed the lid but left a hole that he could breath from. She walked down the rows and rows of books. The place was dirty, in a kind of clean dirt way. It almost reminded her of an art room except there were just books. Books on top of the shelfs, stacked so high that they leaned precariously. Gwyn picked out her required books and four fun books, to read when she was bored. Gwyn walked up to the front and paid for the books before putting them in a bag that the nice woman had given her and walking out, the bell on the door signaling her departure.

"Well now all I need are the basic potion ingredients," she said to herself.

 

OoC: Make sure you get me to the train on time. I have school!

 

Zeke picked up the rest of his things and decided to stay at the Leaky Cauldron until Hogwarts started.

When Zen got home, he packed the rest of his things in his trunk, said goodbye to his parents and signaled the Knight Bus.

After a dangerous ride, Zeke finally got to the Leaky Cauldron.

BIC: Gwyn picked up the last things on her list and returned to the Leaky Cauldron. As she lugged her stuff with Pika inside her room, she heard something. It was a scratching and meowing coming from outside the door. She placed all her supplies down on her bed and opened the door. A white cat walked in and jumped up on her bed, making itself comfortable.

"....Ok," she said, still stunned from all that had happened.

Seeing that her bed was full she gave up and got out one of her fun books, Pride and Prejudice. She opened the book and curled up in the chair, beginning to read.

Alyssa looked at her mother through the closing walls. Her mother smiled at her and waved. She smiled back and waved back. As soon as she waved back, the walls closed in front of her. SHe turned around, and looked at Diagon Ally. It was so active. Everyone was looking so busy. Alyssa sighed and looked at her letter. "I need a basic potions ingredients, and some uniforms, and a winter cloak" she smiled. "I could get all of this." she said and began to walk to the first shop she can find. She looked around, to see if therewas anyone from Hogwarts she knew. She sighed as she looked around. No one was there, well as far as she can see. She sighed and walked into the first shop: the Potion shop.

 

A small mewling noise came from inside the box, then a sleek creamy persian cat stepped out of it, and lightly headbutted the newcomer, examining it.

As Norah walked out of the fireplace at The Leaky Cauldron, she took out the list of supplies from her pocket. I'll get the robes over with first, she thought to herself as she walked out the door and into the courtyard. She opened the wall, not even paying attention to the bricks she tapped with her wand.
