How did you find out about Kingdom hearts?

Okay, saw the KH2 advert, loved the song, and (as I was obsessed with Mulan 2 at the time) saw Mulan, went into hyper overdrive at the thought of a game about her. xP After I calmed down, I kind of forgot about it for a while until just before Christmas, where I looked it up after watching Roxas's fall off the Station Tower on YouTube. I found out ALL about it, and asked for it for Easter instead of an egg - and "BOOM", totally obsessed.

 

I learned about it from my bff and once I saw Riku and his bravery against the Darkness, I was sold! (But I still like Gaara)

 

My friend who was totally obsessed with it told me to try it out.And I did

 

Friends kept talking about for I don't know how long. Eventually, I said I'd try it.
Played it and fell in love with it lol.
Finished KH1 (and CoM) 3 month for the 2nd game came out xD

 

....wow...ur all almost like "when i saw the kh2..." lol PLEASE! i remeber wayyyyyyyy back when KH 1! was being advertised and i was on the computer like i am now and i was doing somthing ...whatever the TV was turned up so i could hear stuff and the slow "simple and clean" came on and i whiped my head around so fast that i almost got whiplas lol the song still gives me a haunting beauty just like it did when i saw it for the first time....anyway i was like OMG! but i had no PS2 at that time so i let it go...then i saw kingdom hearts chain of memories and i was like WTF stupid...ignored it....im not sure what made me wanna play it but ive alwayed love kingdom hearts and always will!!!

one time i went to my brothers house and he was playing KH1 and i was like..........thats pretty cool.....i did sum research and wen kh2 came out i played and beat it....it was amazing so i bought one........i wanted to join a kh-based site and boom.......i hit here

 

My brother's friend (who I was dating at the time) was playing it and I was like.. wow...

and then I brought it.

Now i'm a kh fan. XD

 

I ran a Final Fantasy Rpg on IRC and people spoke of KH1 when it first came out. However, I didn't bother playing it till nearly a year later when the game was 20 bucks because I could not fathom how Disney and FF characters could unite to make a great game. Matterafact, I feel a might bit guilty that I mocked some others about the game. Picking it up on sale, I took it home and since I was hating on FFX, I decided to play KH instead and was blown away. Then it became my favorite game and though CoM to me was weak, KH2 was terrific and lived up to expectations. I still want to ask how the hell Nomura did that. He's a genius.

 

I was an FF fan so when I found out that Square was making a new game with disney i just hadta have it. I got the the Christmas the year the 1st one came out and I KH2 last Christmas.

But I hate the gap of time in which it always takes them to make a new one. Bah, so annoying!!

i found out about KH when...
i was goin thru a game infromer catalog a few years ago and i saw a cool looking dude sitting on a giant key.
it was the kh-Com advertisement
i looked in a gamestop and saw kh-com and was like hey its that saro dude or watever
i bought it, played it for hours on end and then got kh-2 cuz it was on sale.
yaaaaaaaay!!

 

My freinds and I were at a party and he was playing CoM and I LOVED IT so I decided to buy It myself...(Yup thats about it)

 

I remember it clearly...

*insert flashback*

There I was, watching [as], when all of a sudden a commerical came on.

It was KH1!

I remember thinking, "Well, those are the niftiest graphics I ever done did seen..."

*end flaskback*

Not to mention, the commercial aced in it's marketing teqnique of showing really cool parts. xP

Played it at my friend's house and bought it for myself.

 

I was watching TV when the KH1 commercial came on. I bought it about a year later. I miss 14 year old Sora, he was sort of smarter. Lol

And I was like ?_? when Disney Channel didn't show any KH commercials, since KH is part Disney ( some people forget that. Lol) Unless they did show some commercials and I missed it, since I hate pretty much hate the Disney Channel besides a few shows

 

CHICKEN LITTLE!!
i'm serious. two years ago a little over, i had seen this game called kingdom hearts.i was and still am a total disney fanatic, and their was disney worlds in it. so i was obviously like SWEET!!i was totally ignoring the real storyline what with sora and all. but then it faded away. heres where chicken little comes in, i was obsessed with chicken little AT THE TIME (am not anymore,repeat am not!)and then I was watching TV and this random ad comes on and i'm like ???? until i see chicken little and the end of the ad.I was like, "oh i remember kh!!they put chicken little in it?cool!!"so then with my fangirl instincts i dug deeper and did a lot of research. thats when this whole fanatic started.

 

I saw a commerical for it, and I had a frined whose TV always seemed to be on the Disney Channel for some reason (admittedly he did have 3 siblings) and I saw a special on it. I wanted it so bad that I actually bought a PS2 just to play it. Luckily, I wasn't dissapointed.

 

My sister's friend had gotten KHII and was done with KHI, so she gave it to my sister. I started watching my sister play it, and liked it. I thought the idea of combining Disney and Squeenix (hehe) was cool. Finally, she was like, "Hey, why don't you start a game?"

The last thing I had played frequently was Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets. For PC. With the arrow keys.

So, after watching the cool intro and being amazed by the graphics on the PSII (I'd seen it on youtube, but there's nothing like watching it on a TV screen), I start trying to figure out how to run, walk, etc. ("where's the O button?!!?!") My sister was rolling on the floor laughing as she watched me try to get sora to jump onto those little &^%$@%# palm trees when you're trying to race Riku at the beginning of KHI.

Needless to say, if Riku had kept his word, he and Kairi could have eaten all the Papou fruits on the island before I crossed the finish line.

Then when my sister's friend got done beating KHII about three times in a row, she lent it to my sister, and my sister had to explain to me how the hell sora ended up floating in a bubble. Which was funny, because she was reiterating what she had read offline from summaries of CoM, and she didn't exactly go in chronological order. I REALLY got lost when she tried to explain the nobodies concept.

Still, the game was amazing, and here I am, making music videos, and eagerly awaiting KHIII, hoping someday I'll be able to play KHI and II final mix, and Re:CoM.

and that is my story. My, I'm long-winded.
