   There are 2 reasons why Zexion is young:
   
   1)You know that Tetsuya Nomura put big feet on teenagers,right? And Zexion has rather big feet if you look at his journal entry.
   
   2)Read the Chain of Memories manga.He looks way younger and acts a bit younger too.
